The apartment is in the historical centre of Florence, in the Oltrarno district, ideally located within walking distance to the main sights of the City Centre (Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio are all within 10 minutes ' walk). If you don't want to go by feet, the bus stop is 50 meters away and in just 5minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo. The apartment, on the ground floor of an ancient Palace is recently renovated and is furnished with care and attention to detail; it comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and window and inner court. Sleeps up to 4 adults and a baby. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, ADSL WiFi connection, all included in the price.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 9:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.

Just right!
The apartment was the perfect place to recharge after a busy day. It was a quiet retreat just a short walk from the busy, crowded downtown streets. We enjoyed using the kitchen that had all the tools needed to make some meals at home, the relaxed dining area, the laundry machine, and the general living area. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was modern. Thankfully, the air conditioning worked well, because it was pretty warm outside! We felt the space was very pleasant and peaceful- just what we needed.

Amazing stay in Florence!
The property was in a great location it offered all of the best parts about Florence, while at the same time being away from the very tourist heavy areas. The property itself had everything you could need/hope for in a place to stay. It was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The property owner and manager were very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. I have no negative things to say at all. We had a wonderful time in Florence and our stay was made that much better and easier by staying here!

Best Spot in Florence
I honestly cannot recommend this spot enough! It’s a 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and a 5 minute walk to Pitti’s palace and the beautiful Boboli Gardens! Antonella has all the amenities you can think of and she’s a lovely host! If you’re looking for the authentic Italian experience this is your spot. With many local bistros and bars right around the corner. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again.

A perfect stay
The property was perfect in old town Florence. If you are used to modern everyday conveniences with large bathrooms kitchens and living rooms, you may be in for a little surprise. HOWEVER!!! Don’t let that stop you from renting this one. The location and just knowing the village was older and you have a chance to step back in time a bit was so rewarding. We were a perfect walk to most everything and the dinners on the street was so relaxing and healthy. Oh, and as for modern conveniences, the shower water pressure and hot waters were great! The kitchen had everything you may want, too. All in all, a perfect stay to a perfect city.

amazing apartment with caring host
We loved staying here. the apartment is very tastefully decorated, warm, inviting, and comfortable. we didn't want to leave! antonella was extremely helpful and solved any problems we had.

We appreciated Antonella's hospitality, including welcome drinks & snacks. The apartment's amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and A/C. The location is perfect for sightseeing...the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti & Boboli Gardens are all within walking distance. There are also groceries and restaurants nearby.
