Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties:) Maximum capacity at all times is 8 guests. During the months of May-September there is a VERY STRICT outdoor lighting policy. All interior blinds and curtains must be closed between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. There can be no outdoor lights during this time. This is the guests responsibility and could result in a $500 fine by the city as well as lose of damage deposit and possible immediate eviction, should you or the property receive a citation.
