I cancelled a reservation with three days notice, and although their cancellation policy stated clearly I should get a refund, they refused. After multiple attempts with them, I had to claim back the money via Visa. I recovered my money, but only after a lot of hassle. It's a shame as I stayed there in the past and had no issues, but I'll never book with them again.
