First I would like to explain that to reach the house by car, you need experience on narrow mountain roads.
The road is paved, but it is quite narrow and has sharp curves with slopes.
To get to the house there is 3. 9 km (15 minutes) of narrow road from Biniaraix and 7km (25 minutes) from the petrol station of Soller
We say this because people are not used to this type of road and the road from Biniaraix to the house can make it difficult if you don't have some experience in driving on narrow roads.
The last two curves just before to get to the house are a bit closer and are together (These two curves are in the last two photos of the ad) and it is possible that some inexperienced drivers have to make a maneuver.
We have a Renault Kangoo and climb without any problem
To reach the house always recommend a small car or medium.
We also want to say that thanks to this narrow path, the landscape and the area has been preserved very little built, which makes it a very green place with great views, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting
The house is in a sunny place very well located for hiking.

What a phenomenal place!
We had a wonderful stay high up in the mountains . The place is very spacious and looks even better that in the photos. It is a 30 min ride on a very narrow, curvy, steep road with the occasional vehicle coming from the other direction, not for the faint of heart. We did not leave the mountain only every other day, not only because of the drive but also because it is so peaceful and relaxing to just stay there, certainly compared to the rest of the island. Juan, the host is great, he answered all questions, quickly. One tip, use Apple Maps for the final stretch, Google maps is not accurate in the area, it has another road from the property towards the NE which does not exist.

We will be back
Great house, lovely host and absolute gorgeous surroundings. If you want time to yourself with nature, that is your place to go. There are 3 points you have to be aware of. First you really need a small car. We rented this time a Fiat 500 and it went great. Second point is planning your grocery trips. 30 to 40 minutes to the next supermarket in Soller. And third you need a good mosquito repellent. This house is high up on the mountain in the woods. They are everywhere. As are the sheeps who are coming each morning and evening for a friendly visit. The pool is wonderful for refreshing. We will certainly be back for our next couple vacation.

very nice location nearby Soller
We enjoyed the fantastic location in a quiet area with a beautiful view.
Lovely house, good indoor and outdoor kitchen. Invigorating little pool. And nice waking up with sheep sounds.

Wir hatten einen Mega entspannten und schönen Urlaub in der Finca. Juan hat uns herzlich Empfangen und sicher zur Finca geführt. Da wir vor unserem Urlaub mit ihm geschrieben haben, wussten wir, daß die Anfahrt abenteuerlich ist. Gute Fahrerfahrung und ein sicheres und geeignetes Fahrzeug ist wichtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super Lage
großzügiges Haus, sehr guter Zustand, ohne jeden Firlefanz, Aussenküche u. a. mit DREI Grillmöglichkeiten. SEHR kurvige extrem enge Straße hinauf, nur für gute Fahrer.

Totaler Reinfall
Der Empfang war freundlich und das Haus sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wer hier allerdings Luxus erwartet, ist nicht richtig. Die Lage des Hauses ist fernab von jeglicher Zivilisation mitten in den Bergen gelegen und man benötigt mit dem Auto 20 min von Sōller aus nach oben. Die Straße ist schmal und kurvig. Jedoch für einen geübten Autofahrer kein Problem.Am ersten Morgen nach Anreise hatten wir keinen Strom mehr und die Heizung war kalt. Wir teilten das dem Vermieter sofort mit. Dieser gab an, am Mittag den Generator in Ordnung gebracht zu haben. Als wir abends in die Finca zurück kamen, hatten wir jedoch immer noch kein Licht und keine Heizung. Dort oben gibt es keine Lichtquellen, so dass wir auf unsere Smartphones angewiesen waren. Der Vermieter kam dann hoch und stellte den Generator an. Der lief genau 24 Stunden und wieder war alles aus. Nachts ist es in den Bergen um die 5 Grad und im Haus waren es 14 Grad, nachdem wir den Kamin angemacht hatten.Juan war bemüht, hat sich zigmal entschuldigt, machte jedoch einen etwas hilflosen Eindruck auf uns. Als dann am 4. Tag auch noch der Wassertank leer war, sind wir abgereist.Bis jetzt haben wir nur eine einzige Nacht erstattet bekommen. Die Servicegebühr sei auch nicht sein Problem, die habe er ja nicht in Rechnung gestellt, sondern FeWo. Er müsse jetzt für viel Geld für seine Photovoltaikanlage reparieren lassen. Die Kommunikation wurde von seiner Seite aus unsachlich.AbsolulassKommunikaeboten 75% für die 4 Übernachtungen

Ruhe und Erholung in einem Traumhaus mit Pool und tollem Ausblick
Wir haben 1 Woche Ende September hier in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Es ist in echt noch viel schöner und größer als auf den Fotos. Juan der Vermieter hat uns in Soller an der Tankstelle abgeholt und zum Haus eskortiert und alles erklärt. Allein hätten wir den Weg sonst nämlich nicht so leicht gefunden. Die Warnungen und Beschreibungen der Straßenverhältnisse sollten wirklich Ernst genommen werden und auch nicht unterschätzt werden. Die letzten Kurven vorm Haus sind ziemlich steil und man muss gut rangieren. Zum Glück hatten wir beim Mietwagenverleih extra nochmal erwähnt, dass wir ein kleines Auto brauchen! Den Einkauf hatten wir schon vorher gemacht und sind somit in dieser Woche nur 2 mal für Ausflüge wieder runter gefahren. Ansonsten ist alles tip top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Matrazen sind weich, die Küche ist groß und bestens ausgestattet, auch mit Gewürzen und allem Nötigen. Die Außenküche wurde erweitert um einen Holzsteinofen und großen Gasgrill, ebenso sollte die Terrasse in den nächsten Jahren ein grünes schattiges Blätterdach bilden, der Ausblick auf das umliegende Tramuntanagebirge und ins Tal auf Soller ist ein Traum, der Pool ist nicht beheizt und sehr erfrischend an heißen Sommertagen. Tipp: Gutes Moskitospray mitnehmen oder Fenster u. Türen so gut es geht geschlossen halten! Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nachttische und Nachttischlampen im oberen Schlafzimmer wären schön, (Deckenlicht zu dunkel zum Lesen) und "Kuscheldecken" fürs Sofa.
