Отличное местоположение, завтраки разнообразные : горячее, различные закуски, соки. Номер находился на 1 этаже с выходом в гостиничный холл. За балконным окном плавали рыбки в мини бассейне! В бассейне, сауне, джакузи грязный пол и плитка. Босиком неприятно ходить. Нет возможности после бассейна завернуться в халат, он не предоставляется. Приходится в сыром купальнике выходить в общий холл. Некомфортно.

Clean, spacious room. Very good breakfast. Parking costs $25 unless pre-booked. Friendly staff. Located near the Embassies.

The over all experience was good, could have been a bit better in terms of service but then it was long Easter weekend with less staff..!!

The hotel was lovely and the service great! It was very relaxed and we really felt welcome, and at home. The food was excellent and the service in the restaurant and bar was fantastic. We loved the furnishings and the whole look and feel of the foyer and restaurant was perfect. The pool was beautiful and the spa was large and very comfortable. It was just a bit dirty and soapy from all the use. It was the perfect place to stay while competing in the Canberra Marathon! We plan to stay there next year again.

Service was excellent, location was excellent, price was good, food was nice for dinner and a little stale / dry for breakfast. Facilities were great. Room was a bit tired, a skid mark in the toilet on arrival was not good (plus no toilet brush in the room). Bed was good, carpet a bit lumpy and a few of the bathroom fixtures stuck or didn't work. We dropped something under the couch and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Staff allowed us to keep our bikes in the storeroom which was fantastic, and overall they could not have been more helpful and friendly

I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient, making it hassle-free from the moment I arrived to when I left. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes – from fresh fruits to warm pastries, and everything in between. The best part? Free parking! It was such a relief to have ample, convenient parking without any extra charges. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and seamless stay.

We arrived at around midnight on our way to Thredbo and the room had not been set up as requested, so the accommodating concierge instantly solved the problem by issuing us another room at no extra charge. Fantastic service. We only slept in the hotel, so cannot comment on the facilities, apart from on-site parking which was very convenient and secure.

When booking I was not advised that parking is being charged. No WIFI as well. But overall good location.

Great place and location. Staff where excellent. Only problem was not enough towels in bathroom (3) people and 2 towels given. Also the shower glass screen wasn’t wide enough so all the floor and bath mat got wet from having a shower.

Will be back again this December to celebrate our wedding anniversary .Nice place nice food nice staff.

We had a great stay at the Rydges. We arrived earlier than normal check in time and they accommodated us with little wait time. Room was clean and tidy nice hot showers as were from WA it was -1 when we arrived. No complaints front desk staff were super friendly and helped with and questions we asked regarding places to go and see while here on our short stay. Would stay again, definitely recommend.
