An enjoyable couple of hours. We only used the thermal pools, not the hotel or try any treatments/services. I thought that the pools would be hotter or that there would be pools of different temperature, but they were not. One small area of the large hot pool was indoors, so be sure to bring a hat or visor because it is hard to avoid the sun. We had to buy a bathing cap for 4 euro each, yet some of the others were only wearing hats, not bathing caps. We arrived right at 10 am on a Monday, hoping to avoid crowds, but the pools were very full by 10:30. The small pool with the bubbles/jets was the same temperature and VERY crowded. In addition to lumbar jets, there are 4 jets in the floor that bubble up and I found that people would stay on them for the full 20 mins and never let anyone else have a turn, so do that early if you want to try it. (I didn't find it that great.) The bubbles are on for 20 mins then off for 20 mins -- I wonder why? The woman working at the entrance seemed very unhappy and didn't make us feel welcome at all. We also tried the large (cool) infinity pool -- nice views of the mountains, and good for swimming. I didn't use the cold plunge pool since the warm waters were not that warm. One more thing: the website said to shower before entering the pools but nobody did. Furthermore, a few guests lathered up with scented sunscreen before entering the pools. The place is very popular with older/elderly people. 50 and under... you will feel very young.
