10 Clarke

10 Clarke is absolutely wonderful. Was there with my sister and niece to celebrate a memorable birthday. From the moment we entered this B&B, we felt welcomed. Homemade delicious treats by Christopher to start. I took photos of every single fantastic victorian light fixture. Rooms were just lovely. Staff is so friendly. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous, prepared and served to perfection by Rachel. When was the last time you had chocolate waffles? Followed by a second breakfast course?!! Everything organic and exquisite! Highly recommend!

I was beyond impressed with 10 Clarke Place. I felt like I was in a fairy tale! The attention to detail was magnificent. I absolutely loved ALL the decor. I couldn’t stop looking at all the detail. The 2 fireplaces were ablaze and the warmth of the staff matched them. Lovely wine and scrumptious cookies were immediately available upon our arrival. Christopher had texted me about our ETA so he could have it ready for us. He also had excellent recommendations for dinner and talked with us about the Home and its decor. We had 1 million questions because everything was so intriguing. My room was gorgeous. Adorned with beautiful lighting, chocolates, spa, water, robe and slippers, Felt like I was Royalty. The bed was super comfy as well. My private bathroom was superior as well with a cut crystal sink bowl with lighting underneath based in an antique buffet. Truly amazing. The 3 course breakfast was perfection with a spectacular place setting of silver, Crystal, & China. Elegant is an understatement. It was euphoric! I can honestly say that this was beyond enjoyable for me, Definitely worth every Penny! I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay! Thank you 10 Clarke!!!♥️

Just returned from a delightful overnight stay at 10 Clarke. We were greeted warmly with sangria and cookies from Christopher when we arrived. We were in the Poet's Loft, and it was wonderful. Lovely ambiance, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, and excellent view from our very own turret. Our breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Monique provided excellent, attentive service amid a beautiful dining area. We had wonderful, relaxing stay and I would highly recommend 10 Clarke to anyone looking for a getaway in Frederick.

Beautiful B&B with wonderful attention to details. Our suite, the Bamboo Suite was perfect for a getaway weekend in idyllic, Frederick, MD. We brought our bikes but mostly walked around town, an easy few minutes from the perfectly situated 10 Clarke. Monique and her team were very welcoming and accommodating and the breakfast was exquisite. Healthy and delicious; we will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic. It is located within easy walking distance to historic downtown Fredrick (and has ample free on street parking). The rooms are great and the owner, Monique, is the perfect host. The breakfasts in the Flamingo room are splendid. Three courses of mostly locally sourced items and each course is explained by the Chef Rachel. Great coffee makes breakfast a perfect event. Wine, coffee or tea, and delicious cookies in the afternoon in a very relaxing setting is great. If you are looking for a perfect stay in Fredrick this is it.

Really and amazing B n B. The best I have seen. The details are amazing. Neat, clean, furnishings, decor, artwork, staff... AND THE BREAKFAST! Thank you so much we stay everytime we are in the area and will be back again.

Such a delight. My husband and I stayed for one night to get away from the kids and we are sorry we didn’t stay for longer… The lace room was lovely and the bathroom shower and claw foot tub decadent. Greeted by Christopher with fresh baked cookies and Sangria. Breakfast the next morning was complete with Violet and Monique the owner and a glorious “egg in a cloud” breakfast. Would def recommend and will be back!

Our daughter had her wedding in Thurmont on Friday and on Saturday we decided to spend a day of relaxation before driving home to NC. We were so happy to find 10 Clarke Place for the night. We stayed in the Poet's Loft and it was a very comfortable room and perfect for relaxing! The main room with a fireplace and wine available for guests made for a cozy spot to enjoy our down time. The three course breakfast is truly outstanding! Olivia was just so sweet and made us feel like we were dining in a friends home. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Frederick. Highly recommend this inn to anyone looking to stay in a 5 star B&B with attention to details that make you feel pampered.

We visited this week and had a wonderful experience. Both Chirstopher and Racheal were wonderful. I can't say enough about the 3 course breakfast. You have got to experience it for yourself but it is great. The accommodations are consistent with the description on the internet. The Art Deco decor is awesome. If you reserve one of the rooms that has a dedicated hall bathroom, I suggest that you bring another bathrobe. They provide one, but if there are two, you would like another one. When we checked in we were met with both wine and cookies. We loved it. This location is great for exploring Frederick, MD. We would definitely go back again. As a step challenged traveler, it was a bit of a challenge to make it up the steps, but i did it alot and am more than willing to come back and take on those steps again.
