Our huge 825 square-foot guest suite comes equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a couch which converts into one additional bed if requested ($15 fee), an office area, small table with two chairs, lounge area, and a huge bathroom with a shower and a separate jet soaking tub. There is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. There is no access to a kitchen. There is a huge front porch with the seating which is the perfect area to watch our beautiful sunsets or to listen to the birds while you sip on your morning coffee. We are located just outside town and the view is of agricultural land. We are within a minutes drive to Freeway 99 access, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Only 5 minutes from the San Joaquin River and The Island Water Park, 15 minutes to the Fresno Zoo (it’s really awesome), 30 minutes to Millerton Lake, 1 hour to Shaver Lake, 1.5 hours to China Peak/Huntington Lake, 1 hour drive to Yosemite entrance. We have tons of great restaurants too!

It was so clean, super comfortable bed, Megan and Darren responded quickly to any questions and it was on the outskirts of Fresno in a super nice and safe area! Loved it!!! Thank you so much will definitely be coming back!!!

Unforgettable Stay in a Unique Location – Amazing Hosts!I had the most incredible experience staying at this unique and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful hosts, Megan and Daren. From the moment I arrived, they were so nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and went out of their way to offer local tips, answer questions, and make me feel at home.

Fine Vrbo Experience
This wa any first time trying out Vrbo and was not disappointed by my stay. Our host was pleasant and the accommodations were quite nice for the price. Would definitely book another outing again. Thank you 10/10 would recommend

Quiet Escape
In town to visit old friends. Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet, great space with a massive jetted tub and shower that were amazing. Loved the secluded feel and peaceful atmosphere.
