Stayed here for 5 nights over Easter. It was a cheap and cheerful short break. The hotel is as others have said, needs a bit updating in some places. Rooms were a good size. Restaurant was descent we went full board and all the meals were satisfactory if a little cold at times but there is a microwave. Location wise this hotel is right opposite the marina so very central to the beach and shops, bars etc. Unfortunately my daughter left €50 in her purse in our room and it went missing. We did report this to the hotel manager but it was our word against theirs so nothing you can do. The money went missing on the day our room wasn’t cleaned so we believe it was a cunning plan for them to say they didn’t enter our room. So why didn’t they clean it that day?? We still had a very enjoyable stay but be warned don’t leave any cash or valuables in your room as they go walkies.

had a good stay at this hotel for 5 nights half board.room was spacious and clean beds were comfotable good wifi in the room.breakfast was ok a bit of everything typical spanish bacon,saugases eggs,beans etc and a nice continental selection too.dinner was fine we always found something to eat.the location of the hotel is central close to alot of shops bars etc.my top tip would be if staying here and you are looking for wine or spirits dont use the shop at the hotel walk around the corner to the tobacco shop they have a great selection of wine and sps at much cheaper prices.for the price we paid for 5 nights half board i would stay again.

Hotel is centrally located. Welcoming reception and lounge area. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Food good and varied. Staff very helpful. Whilst some areas of the hotel require a revamp it is value for money. Connor, the entertainment manager is fantastic. Great personality, he interacts well with guests and great fun. Will return.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location. Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Dining room staff work hard. Food area always clean. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is varied and nice. Clean, welcoming and lots of entertainment. Friendly, lively and worth the money.

Great located hotel to beach front and amenities surrounding, everything from food, entertainment and leisure within walking distance 😀 Rooms cleaned daily Special shout to the holiday rep connor, running the kids club and entertainment. Giving our daughter can be a handful his expertise and relalaxed nature in his handling from day one we felt assured leaving her, where she made plenty of little friends. One for next year

This hotel is mega good value for what we paid, good very good on the whole , staff nice. What makes this hotel is the children's rep - CONNOR. He's brilliant and the fact he does everything on his own is impressive.it rained a few days and he really made the holiday and broke up the day and the rain with kids club and the disco. He's a very professional guy, but also a lot of fun and he has the right balance of boundaries and caring approach with the kids which is needed with large groups of kids different ages. We are always hesitant about kids clubs but we instantly felt we could trust Connor he really goes above and beyond for all the kids to makesure they enjoy their holiday whether it's raining , sunny or windy. I know from talking to all the other parents with children, Connor was considered brilliant by all. Thanks Connor this hotel is very lucky to have you !!! The adult activities at night were also good . It makes sme chuckle when people on here moan about the decor , literally get real, if you want the best then pay for it, if you want a budget hotel that's 5 stars on value then come here and be greatful- we are and we would return definitely. Don't listen to the negative reviews they are unfair on the whole. I have stayed in 5 star , 4 star, 3 star and 2 star and trust me for the price this is amazing

We stayed here Half board for the bank holiday extended weekend. Hotel reception clean and tiled – walkways to bedrooms reminded me of a hotel in Blackpool – carpeted and very hot and dated. Breakfast was great – good selection of a variety of English breakfast – pastries – continental breakfast, hot drinks machine, orange juice machine and water machine. Dinner time – again variety of selection of foods – lots of salads, fish and meats, pasta / carbonara sauce – its okay if you want simple for a couple of days. Downside to this I thought – no alcohol selection – only wines on tap white, rose and red at dinner time, water also, no fruit drinks ( or what I didn’t see anyway the machine was always closed and only open at breakfast time ) No beer or any other sort of alcohol. I did think that being half board or even full board alcohol would be included but NO, you do have to purchase your alcohol which I thought was very disappointing – Happy hour was available but again why would I be paying for half or full board to not have alcohol included. Bedrooms were cleaned daily, tiled rooms, we had a room at the back of the hotel which was very noisy come 3:00 in the morning with lots of drunk people shouting and screaming outside, also construction going on outside the building and lots of drilling early hours. Great location near the beach to walk, lots of shops and restaurants around the area. Was okay to stay for the bank holiday long weekend but don’t think I would return here again and would maybe try another hotel.
