Furano Lofts

We were a group of seven adults and two children, and stayed at Furano Loft (4-bedroom villa) for two nights. The place was immaculate — so well maintained that it felt brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the space was both comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Tim, our main point of contact, whose hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Furano Loft to anyone visiting Hokkaido!

Wonderful stay! The apt was designed impeccably, with thoughtful details and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Bed was super comfy! Not only was the apt great, services from Leon, Tim and the team are top notch! They helped me find and arrange a bday cake for a special occasion. Plus gave us lots of tips and suggestions about the area. Walking distance to the Kitanomine slopes are not far, shuttle services to and from the slopes are offered on demand and so convenient! If you appreciate the privacy and spaciousness of a luxury serviced apartment, but would also like the reassurance of a concierge service, this is the place. We spent two weeks here at the start of the ski season (Dec 2023 to Jan 2024), in the beautifully-appointed two-bedroom Yama townhouse. Everything was superbly maintained and spotless, with the dedicated housekeeping team coming by at just the right intervals. From the washer-dryer to coffee machine to a humidifier in the dining area, there were many thoughtful design decisions to grant us every convenience and comfort. We were cosy even when temperatures outside dropped to -18 degrees Celsius, slept deeply in the generous king-sized bed, and appreciated the bathtub for a soak after a day of skiing. Not to mention the privilege of Furano Loft's own onsen at one's doorstep, available upon booking! From initial enquiries and all throughout our stay, Leon and Tim were always thoughtful and warm. Their professionalism, kind gestures, and local insider knowledge made this long-awaited trip that much more special and memorable. Whether it was the welcome basket of locally-sourced goodies, a detailed and considerate tour of the loft's amenities, restaurant recommendations/reservations, pick-ups and drop-offs, and even helping with an early order of ski passes... It was the human touch that elevated an already outstanding place to stay. We had to visit the hospital during our trip, and Leon and Tim's assistance allowed this unexpected incident to pass with ease. Location-wise, Furano Lofts is an enjoyable 7 minute walk to the Kitanomine ski slopes, 1 minute from the famous Furano Delice, and 3 minutes from the exquisite Bistro Le Chemin. We infinitely preferred this to staying closer to the slopes-- instead of stepping out onto icy roads, we opened our door each day to the peace and calm of snow-laden trees. You might even be visited by a certain plump squirrel! We have stayed in many lovely hotels, but Furano Lofts easily ranks amongst the best. Looking forward to our next visit!
