staff are nice and hardworking polite. the add ed service like the lounge. Furano space. library. dinner and breakfast food is very delicious. free drink of alcohol. I will come again especially for skiing. so convenient.

Awesome place! I would recommend this place to families with young children. They have a kids room, and gave monopoly notes for the kids to 'buy' small toys or snacks. Upon checked in they gave my son a small game, which he can get a small gift once he completed the task. The hotel provides free laundromat service, but we didn't use it. They kindly gave us coupon to use in the shop. They also provide snacks and drinks for their guest. My son loved this place, we will definitely come back again.

Nice food, helpfull staff, nice onsen

Hotel staff were friendly,some could speak English. The room and bed was small but enough for us. Cleanliness is fair. The Library with fairly good coffee machine was a plus with the coin laundry next to. The free ice drinks corner is wonderful. The onsen was small. For the reasonable price I cannot complain. Best for family I love that they have fireworks and stamp collection games for kids to enjoy.

Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

這一家酒店我要給出滿分。他離滑雪場初學者滑道衹有100米的距離。酒店很細心的給出了很多福利，包括在前台可以拿一些小物品，甚至有止痛的貼膏，還有各種的桌遊，還安排了休息室可以免費吃雪糕烤棉花糖，土豆，還有各種免費的飲料咖啡。二樓的休息室的圖書室非常漂亮，各種常數和雜誌能夠充實我們滑雪後的時間。前台服務員禮貌周到，詳細的給我解答了各種問題。可以從札幌坐中央巴士，在北之峯下車，前往這家酒店。酒店門口就有穿梭巴士去精靈露台，酒店可以提供免費的乘車券。從精靈露台返回酒店要在森林王子的門口做返程車。
