Above Furna, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 1.7 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Furna, Kirche" 1.4 km, railway station "Pragg-Jenaz" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Bad Ragaz" 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 10 km, mountain railway 5 km, ski lift 2.5 km, slopes 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km, sled run 200 m. Nearby attractions: Kidspark - Madrisa, Chur. Very nice house, nothing is missing. It's very clean and new. Everything corresponded to the description and the pictures. Uncomplicated communication with the supervisor on site. The location is excellent and it's incredibly quiet up there.

The house has an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours... a very nice view and a pleasant atmosphere. Key handover and arrangements completely uncomplicated. Great wood stove, good vibes... we'll be back :-))

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit grossartiger Aussicht. Falls Erwachsene im Kinderzimmer schlafen evtl. ein eigenes Kopfkissen mitbringen. Sonst alles hervorragend und sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort.Habe für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder reserviert.
