Zimmer sehr sauber, netter Empfang und super Abwicklung 👍Leckeres Frühstück 👍

We spent in hotel 4 days due to spring holiday. We were skiing in Kronplatz. It is very comfortable, that ski bus stay just before hotel and in few minutes you are there. Hotel itself was very comfortable for us - room was preety nice and big. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Place is quiet. Breakfast is rich and served really all the time with everything you need- I really recommend this hotel and hopefuly will come back in future.

Nice holiday. Lovely hotel, only problem room was very hot, asked reception for a fan but was told there are none available. When booking avoid room 103, we spent the week with loud noises from the kitchen exactly beneath us. Breakfast super and the lady was very very helpful and happy doing her job.

Wunderful, clean, modern, big-size appartment with balcony and nice view. Warm welcome from a young lady at check-in. Breakfast delicisious and also very friendly service-staff in the morning. Free garage and good WiFi. Only one point doesn't fit to our execellent one-week-stay: the service-staff in the in-house restaurant was very unfriendly and not service oriented like the others in the Hotel. Also the food (dreierlei Knoedel) were the worsest we had during our stay in the Bruneck area. Pity, but therefore we didn't chose the restaurant a second time. There are several better alternatives around.

Ottima struttura con camere giornalmente pulite con ricambi asciugamani. La zona ed il paese è molto tranquilla dove si può riposare in tutta tranquillità. La colazione è molto variegata sia in qualità che in quantità con servizio a buffet ed è molto buona. Il personale è molto cordiale e gentile a risolvere le problematiche degli ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per le visite alle valli Aurina, Pusteria ecc... Noi siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente lo consigliamo a chi vuole evadere dalla rumorosità delle città.

Im Hotel Panorama haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Die Größe des Appartements hat uns positiv überrascht. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Einrichtung war modern, das Bett bequem, es gab viel platzt im Kleiderschrank. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die 3 Sterne sind eigentlich untertrieben! Herausstellen möchten wir auf jeden Fall auch die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter! Die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in ca 500 m, der Bus 450 fährt in jede Richtung und mit der Kronplatzkarte kostenfrei. Wir waren 2 x in der Sauna (finnische und Dampfbad). Man muss die Zeiten vor buchen, dafür hat man dann mind 1 Stunde den Bereich für sich! Beim Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begeht. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen dass die Eiergerichte (Spiegel-, Rühr-, gekochtes Ei) auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet wurden. Ebenso der Kaffee. Eine Wahnsinnsmaschine, die Mitarbeiterin hatte sie wirklich im Griff, zauberte Cappuccino, Espresso, Milchkaffee.. Ganz besonders möchten wir das angeschlossene Restaurant Moretto‘s empfehlen. Wir gehen gerne gut essen. Dieses Restaurant läßt keinen Wunsch offen! Der Inhaber sagt von sich selber dass Fleisch seine Passion ist und das merkt/schmeckt man. Sicher, der Preis ist im gehobenen Bereich, aber jeden Euro wert!!! Diese Bewertung stelle ich auch noch mal für das Restaurant selber ein.

Appartamenti veramente belli, grandi e arredati con stile. Pulizia impeccabile e cordialità ai massimi livelli. La zona è residenziale, molto tranquilla ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la valle Aurina. Ritorneremo.

Wir verbrachten knappe zwei Wochen im Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, vom großen Balkon ein herrlicher Blick. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer ausreichend und mit leckeren Südtiroler Spezialitäten bestückt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Es sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Siamo stati in famiglia per un weekend sulla neve! La location è ottima e comoda alle piste da sci di Riscone( circa 10 min) , le camere sono molto accoglienti ed il personale disponibile, è presente Al piano terra anche un ristorante convenzionato con un buon menu con prezzi abbastanza buoni.
