Это был красивый отель. Расположение отличное, потому что оно находится внутри форта Галле. Персонал был очень дружелюбным, и комната была хорошей. Был кондиционер и вентилятор. Слив в душе был немного медленным, из-за чего вода немного переливалась. Мы останавливались здесь всего на одну ночь, но в целом пребывание было прекрасным. Настоятельно рекомендую.

衞生很差，空調開不了，然後定了2間酒店，本來説可以退一間，結果第二天不讓退，真的是體現了斯里蘭卡的特色，無賴

Excellent location. Good for the price paid. No frills. Room is small and cozy. There is cupboard space and the shower had hot water. The lady that checked us in was friedly and nice. We had a few issues: AC didnt work for most of the night, no kettle in room to get warm water/tea. The breakfast menu was bread, butter, jam, omelette and tea/coffee. In comparison to other budget stays in Galle, the breakfast can be improved by adding a fruit or a yogurt. There is a cafe downstairs that serve lovely pancakes.

Clean, comfortable, well positioned, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended. A well stocked cafe also serves delicious desserts, cakes and biscuits as well as food and drinks 56 is within the Fort and just a short walk to the ocean and lighthouse

This is the my experience about this place. I booked a room in here. I booked a week ago before i go there and the person who answered the call he confirmed my reservation. But after i went there the staff member said that they are fully booked and they haven't enough rooms to give me. It was the mid night. I came via train and i don't know more about galle. I was helpless with my wife at that movement. I asked a help for find a room from a staff member and he didn't care about my request. I double checked before i go there but they just said like that. What a joke. Please be careful when you expect to go to this worst place.

I went to this hotel with my wife. We booked a double room with breakfast. The rooms are not like the photos on the websites. It is a very dangerous level. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were many spiders in the room and the bed and closet were full of dust. We had the English breakfast, which was also awful. I saw a rat running towards the kitchen. This is really a dangerous place. This place does not offer good value for money.

I had a terrible experience because of this restaurant. That day we went there and ordered some juices. I had a bad taste when I drink it. I didn't think much of it. After we came to our accommodation we all vomited. I think they have mixed something like plastic into the juice which could be a mistake but they should pay more attention to cleanliness.

We visited this place few days ago with some family members. The location is good. A quiet place. Drinks are good too. But the one who said he was the manager there didn't let us talk freely. From time to time he came and interrupted our conversation. Despite showing no desire to speak, he continued to interrupt. We didn't expect such a thing. We went there to freely talk about something personal. But the person above didn't allow it to be done that way. The freedom of the customer should be more concerned.

I stayed here a few days ago. This is the worst place i have ever stayed. My wife found spiders and cockroaches in the room. Pillows and towels were dirty. I found some stains on the bed. Sometimes hot water didn't work. I asked a staff member for room service but he told me they didn't have enough pillows to give me. They have mentioned this hotel as a 3 star hotel. I was very disappointed. Wasted money.

Small, friendly hotel in the centre of Galle fort, 2 minutes from the cricket ground. The rooms are quite small with a mezzanine bedroom, but are clean and functional. In our rooms there was no natural daylight, so they were quite dark but for £22 a night you can't have everrything! The bathroom/wetroom was fine and some toiletries are provided. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is a kettle in the room, but you can get a cafetiere of coffee for 400 rupees. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Stayed two nights over the weekend. Hotel ideally placed in the Fort area. Rooms a bit quirky. Very clean if a bit dated. The bathroom was very dark, despite 3 lights in there and the shower was a little temperamental. All in all a very pleasant stay friendly staff and excellent value for money.

Firstly, the one thing I must emphasize with my review is that we paid £30 or $37 per night, which included a cooked breakfast. Not only that, but this cute hotel is based with the Fort town area, which is very unique. While the rooms aren't the biggest, they are clean and functional and are perfect for a short stay. The hotel provides meals, drinks, and snacks and has an abundance of restaurants, shops, and bars literally outside its main door. All rooms offer air conditioning, fans and a mini fridge. Our stay was comfortable, although a little crammed. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the location as it's literally a two minute walk from the fort. The staff are really amazing - friendly, courteous and very helpful. Initially, for the price, I was a little worried that the 56 Deco would be too basic, but it turned out to be a fabulous stay, and I would highly recommend it.
