Built in 2022, this custom fourplex vacation rental community provides the comfort and amenities while staying true to a Southwest chic motif. While you may decide to stay in and change the lighting to suite your mood, we also offer a chiminea (seasonal) on the rear patio. This space is centrally located and only a short walk to the Boise River Greenbelt access point and local wineries. With all the amenities of home, we aim to please with a pristine and comfortable space to call your own during your stay in the Treasure Valley. The home itself is tastefully designed with plenty of storage for your travel needs. Perfect for adventuring friends, a small family, or traveling professionals. Housekeeping available upon request for additional fee. We look forward to hosting you. Guest has full and private access to the home. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor common area which includes a 7 person spa, firepit, and heat lamp, located to the rear of the property. We welcome pets but want to ensure our guests are aware that there is no grass on the property and no enclosed outdoor spaces. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of the home.
