Relax on the front or back porches overlooking the marsh for sunsets and to feel the breeze blowing off the Atlantic Ocean from the front OR walk out to the back deck and enjoy the marsh views, sit by the fire in our custom fire pit fit with adirondack chairs, slate gravel, and a smokeless fire pit, or if it's a bit too breezy, hop in the hot tub and enjoy the views from the back yard. ****NEW ADDITION: PATIO, ROOFED PERGOLA AND HOT TUB. Available for bookings September 1, 2024 and after. During Peak Summer months June and July all bookings are in 7 day increments. Check-in is always on Saturdays and Check-out is always on Saturday. There is a 2-night minimum for bookings out side of peak months. This house is perfect for 2 families to share, sleeps 8. When you step inside off the large rocking chair front porch, a gorgeous open concept living, dining and kitchen area greets you. Decorated with calming sand colored walls, white and wood accents this home feels like an extension of the beach. Palm fronds, surf photography and a well outfitted kitchen will make you feel immersed and prepared for vacation. The master bedroom is a spa like oasis, with a private makeup vanity to provide everyone with their own space while getting ready for a dinner out at the Marsh Walk or day on the beach. The master steps out onto a large elevated deck with a huge shady Live Oak to protect you from the evening sun. The sunset views over the Murrells Inlet Marsh are stunning. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large double closets. The third bedroom shares two sets of bunk beds, so you can pile all the kids into one room for vacation while the adults have their own spaces. Since the house is elevated, there is an additional 1,500 sq ft of living space underneath complete with a large outdoor shower/changing room, a dry bar, a bench swing, life size Jenga, parking, a guest beach storage closet and a nice yard to play in. We are less than a 1 minute walk to the beach or a 10 second golf cart ride to the beach. There are slight beach views from the house through other raised homes. The Garden City Pier and Sam’s Corner is about a 5 minutes walk. Close enough to have fun but far enough to not hear the noise. This house is South of the Pier so it’s located in a nicer area without the busy traffic or noise from the hotels and condos on the north side of the pier. Being the third house from the beach helps to protect from strong winds, the heavy traffic on Waccamaw, and also brings the addition of sunset views. If you have kids this is the perfect centrally located beach rental with less traffic and ample outdoor space for the kids to play safely. Bring your fishing poles or rent them on Garden City Pier for some great fishing. Let the kids play in the arcade on a rainy day or grab some ice cream and walk the pier. Most visitors to Murrells Inlet use golf carts to get around, so it’s easy to visit Surfside restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets. We’re located only 30 minutes from everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer; Pirate Show, Broadway at the Beach, Top Gold, Ripley’s, Aquarium, Dozens of Golf Courses, Magic Shows, High Rope Courses, Concerts and more. Stay in a small beach town feel but close enough you can venture out and be a tourist for the night. The house comes equipped with modern technology and amenities like an Amazon Alexa for music, Fire TV for logging into your streaming apps, high speed streaming internet and YouTube TV.
