For shared use: large, well-kept garden 4'500 m2 (not fenced) with flowers, meadow, orchard. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 900 m, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 900 m, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 900 m. Nearby attractions: Innviertler Brauturm 7 km, Augustiner Chorherren Stift Reichersberg 13 km, Skyflyer Höhnhart 17 km. Hiking paths: Kobernaußerwald. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The complex has another 1 house for rent. Please note: dogs must be kept on a leash. The cottage is very large, very warm and cosy. Toys are available. The children can play very well in the large garden.
