We stayed here with 2 small kids and 3 elderly family members, and unfortunately, it was one of the most unpleasant stays we’ve experienced.
Customer service was only via text, and everything was self-service, including key collection. When we arrived at 12 PM, we asked to leave our bags so we could go for lunch, but waited 45 minutes without a clear answer on whether we could leave them in the lobby or if they had to go in the room. The cleaner was still inside, so we just waited.
When we finally went up, the toilets were extremely smelly and dirty — there was even leftover waste in the toilet bowl. The rest of the apartment was slightly dirty and dusty, but our main concern was the toilets. When I texted the person in charge to request a re-clean, I was told it was “chemical smell” and that the toilets had already been cleaned — so nothing was done.
Ordering food was another nightmare. No Grab drivers accepted our orders because the location was inconvenient. Our dinner and breakfast orders got cancelled, and we had to rely on a small mart downstairs for bread and instant noodles. There is also nothing much nearby.
The Wi-Fi did not work. When I asked about it, I was simply told to switch the modem off and on. At that point, I gave up. On top of that, not all lifts were functioning, which was another hassle for our group.
Thankfully, we were only here for one night, but we couldn’t wait to leave. I’ve travelled to more rural and remote places before and can usually adapt — but the cleanliness and attitude here were simply unacceptable. The responses to my requests felt like talking to a wall.
I do not recommend this place for families or anyone who values basic cleanliness and service.
