Pool not working. Ac not working. Wifi not working. No towels or toiletries in washroom.

Not value for the price. I was expecting a better room for this standard of hotel.

El hotel no esta hecho para gente que vaya por negocios, ya que tienes que tener paciencia. Música y gritos hasta altas horas de la madrugada ya que se celebran bodas en el hotel. Tuve que llamar varias veces a la recepción porque en la habitación continua estaban con música alta y gritando y lo que me dijeron que era porque estaban gente que habían venido a la boda y para el colmo muy mal servicio para la cena y mas en el desayuno porque no habían personal suficiente para atender. Lo único bueno que lo poca gente que habían para atender eran amables.

Great hospitality and polite staff made the stay most comfortable. Special thanks to Housekeeping team esp Anand ji, Pramesh, Bhole ji. Will be visiting again soon. Food was amazing. Room was well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very polite and service was quick.

This is a pretty old property however the services provided here are top notch. Starting from reception. Staff Tiya was always helpful in assisting. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Food here was amazing. Would like to visit in future for a staycation.

I had a wedding event on 22nd Nov at Parinay(radisson tower) on 2nd floor. They have deployed only 2 regular stewards and rest casuals were there like a headless chicken. No captain were deployed to take care of the event. Sales team should more proactive as no one bothered to meet after several calls. Overall not worth to host any event at this hotel. However met with Rajeev (banquet Manager) and he has given their best of hospitality.

The worst experience. They are a bunch of goons and out there to cheat you. Absolutely pathetic maintenance cleanliness and qualiry and to top it the worst attitude that a hotel staff can have. Pls avoid this place for your safety And if you want decent experience

रिटायरमेंट party at Radisson Kaushambi turned out to be our best decision. It was an enthralling experience for our entire dept all our guests and who joined us in the celebrations. Intially we had a tough time to be able to choose the right venue for our celebrations. After exploring various similar banquets in the area, we had visited Radisson kaushambi and surprisingly , the venue seemed to be a perfect choice from our very first visit. Unlike, other places we visited, here there were multiple choices of banquets available. Right from the beginning, Mr. Dheeraj Choudhary from Radisson's sales department attended us and our queries very aptly, timely and gave us the best possible customized deal for organizing the function. The decoration of our party was very soothing and pleasant for our eyes. Mr. Vijay from operations division was promt , active and cooperative through out our function. All the aspects of lighting, music, servicing to our guests was just seamless. Coming to the food served during the function, we would like to give an extra pat on the Chef Ravinder's back. The choices of cuisines, presentation and above all the taste of every item was mouth watering beyond words. Every guest appreciated the food. We would also acknowledge the contribution of Mr. Vijay from the front office who extended his support in welcoming our guests and through out the function. Good hotel but food options in buffet dinner can be more. Some food items like tikka and Biriyani felt very dry, momos/ dumplings can also be improved
