Fully furnished. Extra chest freezer available for use. 2 community pools, 1 heated. Hot tub. Outdoor gas and charcoal grilling areas. Ftnerss center. Gated with private parking space under canapy.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:No parties. Absolutely no candle burning. No large gatherings.
Pool is for registered guests only..Please be quiet after 10pm as there are people living below and in adjoining units,No glass in pool area.
$75.00 fee will be charged for lost proximity card.

Clean and well-stocked condo
This property was very clean and well-stocked with anything that most people would need or find useful. We arrived after dark on the first day, so it was a bit difficult locating the gate control keypad, our reserved parking spot, and the building in which our condo was located. We were in AZ for a wedding so didn't use the pool, exercise equipment, etc. I would recommend this property.

Awesome condo
Very nice updated condo with two nice bedrooms. Enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and hot tub. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

Enjoyed this property!
Clean, comfortable, quiet. Everything we would hope to find in a vacation property was provided. Good location; close to, but not right on main roads.

This was a great property. However, my husband and I are 87 and can't do the stairs. and would get something on one floor the next time
