Внешний вид отеля очень красивый, и мы забронировали номер на основе информации, полученной из Интернета. Однако отношение сотрудника по имени Фридевс и наш опыт обслуживания клиентов остались неудовлетворительными. Фридевс не подвержен критике, подходит к клиентам с личным восприятием, и его общение часто носит негативный тон (он разговаривает с клиентом как бы ругая). Его неторопливая и быстрая речь беспокоила, особенно во время экскурсии по отелю. Не говоря уже о проблеме с ванной; Мы забронировали отдельную турецкую баню двумя семьями, но не воспользовались этой услугой, так как нам было предоставлено ограниченное время (полчаса). Что касается 508 и 509, то оставляем свои права госпоже Фридевс, пусть пользуется ими в свое удовольствие, пришли к выводу, что они могут ей понадобиться при совместном подъеме на лифте. Уборка номера и отзывчивость персонала за завтраком оставили положительные впечатления. Особенно были прекрасны горничные и персонал, обслуживающий завтрак, их усилия следует оценить.

Самый красивый отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался, и по разумной цене. Это всего в 7 минутах езды от главного района, где расположены все магазины. Я очень рекомендую этот отель всем, кто едет в Кападокию.

C'est vraiment un hôtel magnifique avec une qualite de services au plus haut niveau. Il faut absolument visiter le spa et profiter des doigts d'or des masseuses (Tarima Kasim !) qui proposent tout type de massages a un tarif raisonnable pour ce type d'établissement. La piscine intérieure est somptueuse et il y a également une piscine extérieure et un jardin ombragé où il est possible de se désaltérer ou de prendre son repas. Notre suite était très bien équipée, voûtée en pierre, avec un jacuzzi et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le wifi rapide, la télévision grande avec de nombreuses chaînes et connectable avec androïd. La climatisation pourrait être plus efficace mais suffit néanmoins. Surtout, la grande fenêtre donne sur une colline où l'on peut s'amuser à observer longtemps les anciennes habitations troglodytiques locales qui sont magnifiquement éclairées au lever du soleil. Les activités ne manquent pas et l'hôtel en propose une large palette, de la séance en ballon au quad en passant par la randonnée à cheval, avec toujours un appréciable niveau de service très haut de gamme. Le petit dejeu et est proprement merveilleux avec une démonstration live de réalisation de délicieuses crêpes locales réalisées par une jeune fille (dont l'assise pourrait peut être être rendue plus confortable ?). Jus d'orange frais, nombreux fromages et fruits secs locaux... Le restaurant ferme tard et propose des spécialités locales intéressantes à déguster. Le service est d'autant plus attentionné que les maîtres d'hôtel parlent anglais. Demandez à profiter de la visite du sous sol pour découvrir les incroyables suites troglodytiques dont le raffinement n'a d'égal que l'authenticité de la décoration faite d'objets locaux hétéroclites. Toutes encercle autour d'une autre piscine, elles sont vraiment toutes plus belles les unes que les autres mais ont évidemment un prix en conséquence...

Уникальный отель в Невшехире, Каппадокия. Я бронировал номер на нижнем этаже, стилизованном под пещеру. Просто восторг! Отель запомнится надолго, ведь я провел здесь две ночи. При отеле есть спа, ресторан, небольшой тренажерный зал и два бассейна: открытый и закрытый.

This was ever the rudest receptionist in the history of my travel We reached at 1:20am on the 26th of Sept 2020 and the attitude he showed us was very unprofessional he didn’t even gave us the receipt of the payment we made quite an effort to be nice but all in vain a kind request to trip advisor and all tourists visiting the area please avoid this hotel or else get abused by spending your on money

Stayed for 2 nights in Capadokya. hotel very nice ans accommodating. Staff in bar and restaurant very engaging. Would highly recommend.

We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success. The owners of this hotel should understand how great these two ladies are for their hotel. This is why the hotel has awards because of these two special people. Thanks you ladies.

We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were so comfortable. A special thanks to Ms Dilek for giving us a wonderful massage. One of the best massages I have ever had . A big thank you to the hotel for giving us a wonderful experience!

It might appear to be just a building from outside but it has exclusive cave rooms with personal pool and sauna. The staff at the reception & at the restaurant, welcoming. The breakfast had live local bread preparation and a decent spread. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant In the evening. The staff has a beautiful way to say good bye by throwing water behind You, indicative of wishing you well for future journey. We loved the place , would do a detail reel soon on insta, don’t miss to follow us.

We spent a month travelling through Turkey and this has been by far the most prestigious hotel that we have ever been to. The Premium room with jacuzzi was spacious and stylish with amazing architecture. From the moment we arrived the welcome was great. Nilufer, Ahmed and Mustapha were most hospitable and also not forgetting everyone else in the hotel. Their service is amazing and good value for your money. This would be my best and only choice of hotel when visiting Cappadocia.

Our travel agency tripexpert travel recommended this hotel to us. The spa was amazing and the view from the hotel had these amazing caves right in front of the entrance. The hammam was brilliant, made all our worries and tiredness go away. The ladies doing the massage were very good and professional. Will surely come back on our next visit.
