I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We stayed here for one week, and the cleanliness of the rooms was far below an acceptable standard. There was no proper daily cleaning. During our entire stay, it seemed that the only things being done were changing the towels and emptying the bins. The toilet was left uncleaned, as were the bathroom and sink, and they did not even make the bed. What was even more shocking was the situation in the hotel’s outdoor seating area. For around three days, there was an absolutely unbearable smell. When I asked reception what the terrible smell was, I was simply told that a rat had died after falling from the roof of the hotel. I could not believe that this was known to the staff and yet the dead animal remained there, directly above an area where guests were sitting. I am attaching photos below. Communication with the staff was also very difficult, as almost no one spoke English. We were often spoken to only in Polish, with very little effort to communicate with us, and unfortunately the overall attitude did not feel particularly welcoming or friendly. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited options. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority in any accommodation, and unfortunately this was not the case during our stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
