The Pickled Wrinkle, Me and Bens Dairy Creme, Mc's Market(town grocery/gas store) and the US Post Office is just across the street. Winter Harbor is only a couple miles up the road with the entrance to the park. Which offers bike trails, hiking trails, and breath taking views of the ocean. Winter Harbor also offers restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the Ferry to Bar Harbor.
