My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos for the first time to celebrate a big milestone birthday. The Grace Bay Club was a perfect place to do so. We stayed on the residence side which is very quiet (actually the entire resort was quiet) but given it was the first week of January it was quite quiet. Leaving two very high-stressed jobs back home my husband I spent the first two days staring at the water. Not reading, not talking, hardly eating. Our souls needed time for silence and restoration. This was achieved. The water color cannot be explained. It is the most beautiful array of blues I’ve ever witnessed. Pictures will never show its true majesty. The sound of the waves makes you fall asleep. I was greeted one night in my room with birthday balloons, delicious cake and champagne and a bottle of wine. I also received free dessert at dinner the first two nights to celebrate. Thanks to Fredna and Fritz for making me feel special. Fritz and Fredna were our personal Concierges and they made sure we had everything we needed. My husband became very ill and they got us in touch with the on call physician for the resort and to a clinic the next day along with a ride there. The GM called us to make sure he was OK. Everyone was so kind and concerned. All fake? Nope. Not for a minute. This IS Grace Bay Club. It’s a community of guests and staff and if you can get yourself to slow down and join in, you find yourself being swept up into island time and feeling like you are living in a small quaint town where you know everyone. You will not be able to push your frantic stressed out lifestyle on these people. Instead, they will slow you down so your soul can be restored. Which leads me to the reviews I’ve read and caused me concern before I got there. Regarding service. How do I say this without offending anyone. If you think you are going to make them move faster, bring your drink sooner, deliver perfection to you at the snap of your fingers, then you are missing out on the whole point of being there. You are bringing your high stressed life to a place that refuses to buy into that way of thinking. And if they DID it would ruin your stay. So all the complaining about waiting - that’s on you. I feel bad that you couldn’t (yes couldn’t - it’s a choice) get to enjoy the greatest gift of all - no time constraints. To Amado & Jim on the beach, we will miss you most of all. Thank you for helping us decompress. For excellent margaritas and good conversation. For caring about my husband when he was sick. Garth, for finding those diet cokes when we needed them so badly. For Sonny and Stanley at breakfast, we enjoyed getting to know you both. Your smiles always brightened our days. I know I’m forgetting names but thank you to all the staff. We noticed. We haven’t even left yet, but I’m already giving Grace Bay Club a 5-star review because I’m confident I’ll feel the same way when we leave in three days, and we’ll definitely be back next year! My husband and I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday, our 1-year wedding anniversary, and our babymoon, a 3-in-1 celebration, and Grace Bay Club has made it so special from the moment we arrived. From the personal concierge service (you can text them at any time) to the incredibly spacious Estate Junior Residence (which was spotless!), every detail of our stay has been amazing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the resort, plenty of families with kids, but also an adults-only section that stayed peaceful and very quiet throughout our visit. It’s exciting to know we can return with our little one in the future and that there will be plenty for them to enjoy! Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always greeting us warmly throughout the day. We also have to give a special shoutout to the sweet gentleman who cares for the four gorgeous resort cats (Charlie, Diana, Elizabeth and Margaret). He told us how they were rescued and adopted by Grace Bay Club after being abandoned and scheduled to be put down. It’s such a heartwarming story, and I love that the resort gave them a second chance at life. I pray they’re still here when we return!! Thank you, Grace Bay Club, for being such a perfect escape from the cold…. We’re already so looking forward to coming back! And next time, we’re bringing our entire families so they can experience it too!

WE had an amazing experience at GBC! The people were fabulous. The room was gorgeous and the food was excellent. Many thanks goes out to our concierge team, Patrick and Tiffany. Kudos to Franklyn for managing a sticky situation. The fun trophies go to Amanda, Sweet Fred and Melissa as well as the sweet girl who waited on us at the Infiniti bar twice and shame on us, we did not get her name, but her smile is oh so memorable!! If you need a car and driver to take you dinner or provide airport service,ask for Demon from Island Buzz. He was on time and delightful.

It made our stay extremely comfortable and unforgettable. Your generosity and hospitality went above and beyond my expectations, making us feel valued and well taken care of. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food, the attention to every detail, the conversations with the amazing staff all to which contributed to the lovely atmosphere of our visit. Mr. Scott Khile, Angella Tyson, Krystal Malcom, Sara Archibald & Franklyn at the front desk were all phenomenal! Thank you once again for providing such a unforgettable experience. Spacious accommodations in the Estate section, friendliest staff of all our Caribbean vacations (beach, restaurants, housekeeping). Good food all around. Fredna and Fritz, our concierge staff, made sure we were taken care of at every turn.

From the moment we arrived at Grace Bay Club, we were greeted with two simple yet profound words: “Welcome Home.” This is our third consecutive year vacationing here, and each visit feels more special than the last. Traveling with my girlfriends, we’ve found our sanctuary in this Caribbean haven. The resort’s beachfront location offers breathtaking views of turquoise waters and golden sunsets that never cease to amaze me. The ambience exudes true Caribbean style -relaxing, luxurious, and utterly rejuvenating. A heartfelt thank you to Mel and Franklyn and to Fredna and Patrick who all catered to our every need with grace and efficiency. Their attention to detail made our stay once again absolutely seamless and comfortable. You make all of us feel like VIPs, adding personal touches that make our stay unforgettable year after year. We’re already counting down the days until our next “welcome home.”

This was the best vacation we ever had. The great experience started from the very beginning of our stay. Riquel from the front desk was helpful throughout our stay and always helped us with every need. Our concierges, Fredna and Fitz were attentive and compassionate. They were professional and thoughtful with great ideas and quick follow through on requests. We spent a lot of time on the beach and the team that provided service there was also kind and professional. Amado, Jim, and Richie were kind and always anticipated our needs. The team that served us at the Grill for breakfast was great. Alissa was at the welcome desk and greeted us each day and remembered us. Elmina was our server each day and she was amazing. She was attentive and knew what we needed each day. She never rushed us and made us feel very welcome. The property was so peaceful and beautiful. It gave you the right amount of island beauty and luxury. The room was nice and spacious and had an amazing view of the clear and beautiful ocean and beachfront. My mother and I were here to celebrate our birthdays and it truly was the best place to celebrate. We will absolutely be back soon. This place is the definition of paradise.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Check-in was easy. The room was beautiful and large with an ocean view. All services were top notch from hotel staff to restaurants. It was my husband’s birthday and we came back to our room to find balloons, a cake and a bottle of wine. The beach is pristine and the water is turquoise blue! We would love to come back and would highly recommend Grace Bay Club.

Sherlette pre arrival concierge was so helpful with our questions and with making dinner reservations and a bone fishing trip for my husband. Excellent job. Ramsey and Trey were also helpful. Sorry we didn’t get to thank Trey in person before we left but he did a wonderful job. A few little hiccups while we were at grace bay club. Had to call for housekeeping twice for the room to be made up and even tho the hot water kettle was out on the counter and it was obvious we made tea,the teabags were never replaced. Otherwise the room was beautiful with a wonderful view. Just a tip there is no elevator in the hotel building so if stairs are an issue reserve accordingly. Breakfast was great with food selection,but service here was hit or miss. The staff were all very friendly if not a little forgetful at times. Jean in the Infiniti bar makes the best cosmos and the service here and in the restaurant was outstanding. The beach…. Oh the beach was the best part. Just clear beautiful water and soft sand (that never got hot!) It was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and we mentioned that at check-in and when we made our reservation, it would have been nice if someone acknowledged that while we were there. All in all we would return to Grace Bay Club.

Perfection all around… from check in/out, concierge, bellman, housekeeping, beach service, food, drinks, huge suite, location, beautiful beach, amenities, staff, security, etc. Can’t wait to visit again and again! Amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and I love the peace that this place project. Perfect for the vacation . They think about everything. The details of each corner and the food is really amazing. The infinity bar has the best sushi and mash room pizza ever. . I love them!

My family and I are frequent guests at the Grace Bay Club. I am often asked by friends and colleagues why do we always travel to Turks and Caicos and stay at GBC. I always respond “ they have beautiful accommodations, excellent food and beautiful beaches”. But this is not what keeps me coming back. It’s the people that work at GBC that make this place extra special. From the second you arrive you are welcomed by warm smiles and hugs. They truly enjoy taking care of your every need. This is done in a relaxed atmosphere that is not intrusive. The ownership and management team have inspired these individuals to treat their guests like members of their own families. If you love relaxation as much as I do. Traveling to a place that you are welcomed as a member of their family and your most difficult decisions of the day are, do I go to the beautiful pool, stunning beach or play golf for the afternoon is my idea of a perfect vacation. Just relaxing by the beach with one of Garth and Andre’s fantastic cocktails or enjoying a delicious relaxing open air dinner at Infinity (the Sushi is some of the best I have had) are a couple of the things that makes GBC so special and will keep me coming back!!

We are experienced travelers and have had the opportunity to vacation all over the world. So when I say that the Grace Bay Club is our favorite resort on earth it should not be taken lightly. First the rooms are gorgeous with amazing ocean/beach views. The beach itself has consistently been voted the best in the world and the water is a color that blows my mind. So beautiful. The ambience of the resort especially at night is INCREDIBLE!. We particularly enjoyed the manager's cocktail party on Tuesday nights and spending evenings at the infinity bar. We love eating at the bar!!. The staff has now become family as this was our 9th time to the Grace Bay club. Special kudos to Mel the Director of rooms, Ramsey and Trey who met our every need and were our butlers for the 2 weeks and Ives at the adult pool!!! Breakfast is included and everyone we encounter at the grill greets us with a hug and a "Welcome Home". The staff is absolutely the best part. We can't wait to go back. Love you Grace Bay Club!!!

Everything about our stay at Grace Bay Club was amazing. The conceirge before I arrived helped book dinners and airport transfers. Check in was smooth and relaxing. Our room was amazing. The grounds are stunning! Every single staff member who we interacted with was so kind and caring and it truly was an amazing trip. Can’t wait to go back.
