Amazing family-friendly cabin on the Fraser River and in the heart of Granby. Ten minutes from the lodge at Granby Ranch or 20 minutes from Winter Park! Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, YMCA of the Rockies, and Grand Lake. Steps from the community hot tub and pool. River access and ponds on the property for fly fishing! As you enter, walk into an open kitchen/living room floor plan. Through the living room, you will see views of the river and a large deck with a table for 6, a fire pit, and grill. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King Bed with full attached bathroom (shower/tub combo) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with a twin-size over a full-size bed There is a second full bathroom upstairs and a full-size washer/dryer. All bedrooms are fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and sheets. This cabin has everything you need: life jackets for the pool, a baby gate, sound machines, sand toys, and much more! We host a second cabin across the street.
