(Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! All bedrooms are located upstairs in this unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs. The ground level also includes a walk-out patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and washer and dryer room. The walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car show.This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width.
