Beautiful Villa, Private Pool, Panoramic Views, Peaceful, Central to All.

A house for the senses. Lavender and Rosemary lined steps lead up to the blue shuttered house with spectacular view across the hills to the sea. A cat asleep in the sun. Sit by the pool or up on the terrace and take in this little slice of paradise.

The villa was everything we could have dreamed of. We found ourselves spending the vast majority of our vacation just lounging about instead of going out just because we felt so at peace there. Penny was amazing; communicative and helpful with anything we needed. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you again for making our honeymoon as special as it could be.

We had a great stay at Penny’s place. It is in a beautiful location, we were wowed by the views and enjoyed eating alfresco most nights looking out at the moon rising over the sea. The villa has plenty of character and the pool was lovely to jump into especially as there was a heatwave! You need a car though as it is a steep climb up to the top of the hill! We would definitely stay here again, as there is so much to do and see. Penny was a very welcoming host, giving us tips on the best places to go.

The property details were spot on, it was exactly as described. Penny was a great host, quick to respond to questions. She gave us lots of tips on places to visit which we really appreciated. We loved the villa, it was very homely and the two cats were an added bonus. We sat out on the balcony a lot to enjoy the views and made good use of the pool. You definitely need a car here which was fine for us. It was only a 5 minute drive to get croissants in the morning!

Short break Fantastic location very private and incredibly quiet ,we slept very well. Wish we had more time to explore the area more . Views from house were stunning.

Not what we expected The villa has magnificent views towards the Med, however could have benefitted from a professional cleaning service prior to our arrival. In over 20 years of using Villas from VRBO and similar, this is the first Villa we have rented which is clearly the owners home rather than a dedicated rental property. Although the description does reference 2 healthy independent cats, it's not uncommon to see cats at most resort villas, however you realise that you have signed up to being a cat sitter once Penny has given you the tour of the property. Dried food and water kept topped up along with a morning and an evening tinned food regime. We are not cat people but if you are, you'll no doubt feel at home. Also, be prepared to break out the watering can.....lots of pot plants inside and out that need regular watering. Something I do at home but again, didn't realise we signing up for the same on our holiday.Our main concern however was that once the final payment had been made a couple of weeks before the trip, Penny told us that she would be staying 'in the self contained studio alongside house for one night' as catching a flight the following day. This came across as a separate accommodation from the villa, however it became apparent that it was bedroom 3 which is in the villa. So our final gripe is that we did not sign upto a house share for the first day and night of our villa holiday. This spooked my wife and I was certainly not comfortable with the arrangement.

Incredible View Watching the sunrise was my favorite thing about this property. Incredible views! We traveled through France for a couple of weeks by car and stayed several places. Hands down the BEST shower! Lots of room and Penny is the sweetest. She gave us great ideas for site seeing. If you like pets she has 2 friendly cats, Minnie and Vintie. We found it easy to park the car in the garage. Wish the weather would have permitted using the pool but it was too cold. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the south of France!

Almost perfect Everything ok ,except the kitchenequipment
