Radisson Hotel Graz: отзывы

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.

I went to Graz for a short stay after coming from Slovenia. The hotel is very near to the train station and is very comfy

酒店很新，但是走廊和房間都有刺鼻的裝修的味道，早上起來口鼻都非常不舒服。 一樓的餐廳晚餐菜譜沒有英語，點菜非常慢，菜的味道很不習慣，把寬意麪搞碎像米飯一樣弄成餅，上面放了一塊中間生的三文魚。早餐種類少。

房間很新,設計感比較強挺現代化，但是裝修味道還殘留較大。

Hotel is newly opened in 2024, rooms are clean and spatious. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the central railway station. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast were good.

Excellent location. Very close to train station. Walking distance to old town,restaurants and cafes .

When we arrived there was a heavy downpour and although the hotel is directly across from the main train station we still arrived dripping wet. When we arrived there were two people on the reception desks and two customers being attended to. One of the couples was checked in and then it was our turn. We were told to hang on and that receptionist went to help the other with the same customer this lasted a good 10 mins, then a third person came to help this same customer with still no mention to us when they would check us in and by that time there was a queue behind us. We were dripping wet and just wanted to check in and dry off. When we were dealt with it was swift but no apology was given to say sorry for keeping you. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, rooms and breakfast and easy walk into the main part of Graz.

Very modern and nice hotel in Graz situated very close to the city centre. We stayed for one night. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast tasty, with a lot of options, no problem with glutenfree bread. Underground parking quite expensive.

Perfect stay, great service and excellent cleaning. Great staff, very helpful and informative. I would suggest to friends!
