The check-in starts with some very nice people welcoming you. The room is as good as expected for a Ibis Hotel and the localization is the best. In front of train station, close to supermarket and many other attractions.

Parking entrance is next to the hotel entrance which is very convenient. You can pay in the hotel per 24 hours. At the front desk we were helped very friendly. The rooms are old and outdated. The bathroom is small and also urgently in need of renovation. Fungus is very present in the corners of the shower. The price is low and for a lay over stop it was good enough. Breakfast was basic but everything you expect was available without any excess. The Italian restaurant next to the door was nice and price / quality very acceptable!

Nice personal , but hotel is to worn out. It need to be refurbished as it look everything is allready worn out . Matress was to bad, used, woke up with backpain. For that price is to high for the confort

A very nice hotel located close to a train station, in a walking distance to the city centre. The staff are friendly, the rooms and the entire hotel are super clean, breakfast choice is splendid. There is a bar available for the hotel guests only, so it was not overcrowded and we had a good time there. I would like to highlight friendliness of all receptionists.

Located just next to the main railway station. Has parking in underground garage (12,50 EUR per day). Basic hotel, but beds are firm and good for sleeping. My problem was lack of any sound insulation, you are clearly hearing all sounds from next rooms and from hallway. If you are light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Ottimo hotel in posizione tranquilla ma servita da tram per raggiungere con facilità il centro. Camere grandi e ospitali, personale professionale e gentile, colazione abbondante e varia. Pulizia in tutti gli ambienti ottima, consigliatissimo a coppie, famiglie e amici

Zusammengefasst: Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist leider sehr altbacken - eine Renovierung des Hotels wäre sicherlich angebracht. Bereits der Empfang im Hotel war etwas merkwürdig. Im Gang zum Zimmer fallen dann schon Schmutz und Flecken auf dem Teppich-Boden sowie ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Im Zimmer angekommen ist es leider nicht besser. An den Wänden und dem Boden diverse Schrammen und Abschnutzungsspuren, die "Steuerung" der Klimaanlage hat keine Funktion (weshalb sie vermutlich schon beschädigt wurde) und zu guter letzt findet man auf dem Tisch Haare und auf dem Boden (gerade in den Ecken) Staub vor. Reinigung ist also meines Erachtens mangelhaft. Auch interessant finde ich das mit Klebeband reparierte Telefonkabel... Leider macht die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße es nicht unbedingt besser. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, geht es mit der Geräuschkullisse aber. Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Fazit: Der ausgeschriebene Zimmerpreis ist für dieses Hotel unverschämt. Das kenne ich so von großen Hotelketten nicht. Es sollte dringlichst renoviert werden.

Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof; Zimmer und Frühstück dem Standard entsprechend. Beim Einchecken las der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption meine Adresse auf dem Formular so laut vor, dass es auch wirklich jeder im Raum hören konnte. Trotz Vorausbuchung und Mitgliedschaft im Accor-Bonusprogramm wurde beim Einchecken Vorauszahlung verlangt.

Gleich am Bahnhof gelegen und für Bahnreisende daher sehr schnell erreichbar. Durch die Nähe einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle an der sehr viele Linien halten ist jeder interessante Ort in Graz in entsprechender Zeit erreichbar ohne häufig umsteigen zu müssen. Das Hotel entspricht den Erwartungen dieser Preisklasse.
