Four Bedroom House Fully remodeled after Dorian (Sleeps 10). Beautiful view of the Treasure Cay Harbor with 70 foot of seawall on the water. All new furniture and appliances including washer and dryer. High speed internet and streaming tv service.
Newly constructed docks. One 22x40 and one 15x30. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Spring Break
Has a wonderful spring break in Treasure Cay at this house. Everything was perfect. Great set up! Owner is super helpful

Very best day, indeed
Our week in Treasure Cay was amazing. Jim’s house is beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were just perfection. The spa tub was a nice touch. The pool area was our favorite place to be. Coffee in the morning, cocktails poolside and grilling in the evening. It simply does not get any better!!! We will be back. I miss it so much already.

Great trip
House was perfect and offered dock so we could park rental boat. House set up great and location also. Jim was easy to work with and communicate with. Overall a wonderful experience.
