It also has a brand new private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. House and Guest House comes with Three bedrooms with master beds, queen and single bed in open area, and one sleeper sofa. To bathrooms and one private outdoor shower. We have also added a 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with a full kitchen and comes with a commercial pizza oven. The islands close by can be reached on foot across the sand bank or by kayak. There are three single-person kayaks, a two person kayak, and two stand-up paddle boards to go exploring!! The property and Exuma Island have not been affected by Hurricane Dorian. The island's infrastructure has not been affected and everything is normal and business is as usual. This picturesque home in Exuma is a must-stay! It also has a new addition with a large bathroom and two master bedroom. One of the rooms is a king size wall bed that is also used as a gym if need. Indoor bathrooms comes with complementary soap and shampoos. You’ll be sure to feel the island vibes in each room, custom decorated for the ultimate vacation experience. As the saying on the quaint little island goes, “Nothing to do, but I never get it done”. From the moment you arrive you'll feel relaxed with 'nothing to do,’ but when you leave you'll wonder where all the time went. You can use the kayaks and stand up paddle boards to explore the coast or check out to the Sand Bar. We also have snorkel sets if you would like to snorkel the blue hole close by or the reef fish around the beach and dock..
