Easton at Majestic Hotel

I HAVE A BEEN GIVEN A VERY SPACIOUS AND VERY COMFY DOUBLE ROOM THAT HAS A REALLY NICE LOCATION IN TOWN. ROOM VERY CLEAN AND EQUIPPED WITH WHAT YOU NEED.

Great room, very basic but was suitable for our needs, very quiet, clean, easy access and accessible parking, perfect location for our trip.

Amazing value for money. My more than met my expectations. Great location on the seafront and near to town centre and attractions.

Excellent value just needs some attention, the shower had water coming out the pipe instead of the shower head

Basic room but supplied with TV, Microwave Fridge and a kettle but no tea or coffee. Room had en-suite that was a bit tired but fully functional. For the price I cannot complain.

I did ring the given number and also text the number aswel I have sent various emails aswel this was because our ceiling was leaking a lot and as I said I sent email text tried to phone and no one got back to me and still to now not a single reply from any one also the carpet directly below the window in the room the carpet grips are coming through the carpet the spiky bits actually cut the sole of my foot I think a refund is well and truly legit here It really is appealing that the ceiling was just dripping and dripping and I tried various ways to get hold of some one and not a single reply or any thing from any one I'm absolutely disgusted with our stay here

My stay was pleasant. The setup of the hotel was put in such a way that we dont need assistance from the staff. I had to enter pin numbers for entrance door and my room door. So no worry of keeping the keys safe or losing them. I liked this technique and the way it is being operated. Everything else was in good shape as i got sea side view from the windows, the room was tidy, spacious and loved that fragrance they used in the room.

I paid for a triple suite and was given a twin room! My friend couldn't get into their room at all, the code was working but the door wouldn't open at all, called the 'emergency number' and was just told 'it should work' so ended up with 2 of us squeezing into a single bed. No mirror in the room at all and even though we had a kettle we had no cups to use
