Pass this Motel 6 up Our first room was 92 degree (air didn't work). Second room had no internet, cracked flooring, toilet that didn't flush properly, missing drawer, burned out light bulbs, faucets that malfunctioned. When we asked them to change the bulbs, they said they wouldn't get to them for three days (by which time we were no longer there). Also, the room keys failed frequently.

The room i stayed in was dirty. The floor was dirty and sticky. It turned my socks black from the floor. The bathroom door didnt have a door handle and the front door was literally coming off the hinges. Had people all night yelling and screaming. This was room 614. The pool wasnt opened which was a downfall for young kids

Cancelled unbeknownst to us. My stay was cancelled less than 3 hours before my arrival while I was on my final plane to get there. I got there and was told my stay was cancelled and that I had to figure something out. The man helping was very kind, but understandably frustrated because he said he’d already had 4 people before us try to check in. We had to walk around the hotel block for over 2 hours trying to find anywhere in the city that had availability. We did not get compensated any for our stay. With one of us being a former Motel6 employee (a general manager who was with the company for over 10 years.) we did not expect this at all. This is not the way you run any type of travel company, and we expected at least some communication if cancelling was the only option. Shame on that employee for putting that on the person at the end of the night who was just trying his best to help people out.

After a 13 hr drive, we were exhausted and get there to find out they had overbooked. The staff said they contacted me in the morning but in reality the voicemail was left at 1:15 pm while I was still in route. It was very disappointing.

Where to even start. This place was a nightmare. The rooms were disgusting. I booked a premium room- and also called in advance to make sure it came with a sofa. Upon arrival - there was no sofa in the room. The sheets were stained with hair in the bed, and looks like nothing was ever cleaned. The people who stay there long term were extremely sketchy and openly sold ***** in the parking lot. There was a light that after we turned it on, wouldn’t turn off!! The first night we hardly slept because it was so bright. When we told the front desk the lady just said maintenance was gone for the day and that there was nothing they could do. On the second night the people staying in the room above us came back and it sounded like animal planet up there if you get my hint. Then last night around 3 am a domestic violence even occurred in one of the rooms by us. It started with a man yelling and what sounded like he was trying to kick the door down. Then a woman came out and they proceeded to yell and scream at each other for about 25-30 minutes. At one point he even said he was going to get a weapon. It woke up my daughter. She was so upset and crying thinking someone was going to hurt us next. We thought that the kitchen would be a nice but the stove wouldn’t work and the microwave door wouldn’t open all the way. If you have a family PLEASE do not make the same mistake we did - this place is disgusting and dangerous

Requested a non-smoking room and given a dirty smokey smelling room, with dirty hand towels and broken A/C and window sash. Totally unacceptable conditions that forced us to endure a night of regrets. Rude front desk worker offered a refund with no options at the last minute for alternative overnight stay arrangements. Fast food thrash was scattered on steps to room and parking area. Would not recommend booking this facility if it was the last available property.
