With a pleasurable walk to ECU athletic venues, one mile to Elm Street Park, and two miles to the hospital, convenience is at your doorstep. Unwind and indulge in this classic gem."
This house was built in 1957 by a former Ecu professor and has only had two owners.
A fully stocked kitchen for your use. All linens are provided. The washer and dryer are available for any washing needs. The WiFi is very strong.

Beautiful house
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Greenville Classic house. The house was clean and met all of our needs.

Central Greenville Location close to everything
Great location for what our extended family needed. Lots of room. Nice wood floors. Big kitchen so we weren't tripping over each other.

ECU Summit
This property was located exactly where we needed to be. It was secluded yet close to our event(s). The house was clean and accommodated us excellently !

A bit outdated
Large home with plenty of sitting space for spreading out. We had a brief business stay with 4 employees. Kitchen was clean and updated. Three of the 4 beds were very hard and comfortable. No central air upstairs in bedrooms - only window units.
The couches are very outdated and old. It’s an old house that smells like an antique market. It didn’t bother me as much as the others. For a short stay it was fine.
Close to groceries, restaurants and ECU Medical center.

Perfect
The location was fantastic and the house was perfect for eight of us women. We enjoyed that there was lots of common area inside and out where we could all hang out. We were near anything we needed including a great park for a little hike.

Fun Family Time
Our get-together included grandparents, our children and their children. This house was large enough to accommodate all of us so comfortably. We were able to enjoy our group time, but also each family had its own space. The house is beautiful, with so many neat nooks and crannies. This is a vacation we will always remember. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful property
This was our second stay at this property and just like the first stay, it was perfect. Beautiful home with lots of space, close to anything you may need (ECU, Walmart, restaurants, etc.), yet the quietness of the neighborhood makes it feel like you're far from anything busy and loud. This time when we arrived, I was unable to locate the key code that was emailed to me. I reached out to Randy and within seconds, he called and got me into the house. He is an amazing host that truly cares about the people staying in his amazing home. I can't thank him enough.

Wonderful
House was great, clean, had enough toilet paper, towels, even soap it’s a cute all school house me and my family loved it especially it being our second time in Greenville!
