More like a hostel than a hotel. Very basic rooms. The lift just about takes one person and luggage! The TV remote batteries were flat and the bathroom had no heating and was freezing! Lino floors and generally not great. Should be €50/night and then no cause to complain but it wasn’t. To be honest, Grenoble is not a great place to visit unless you are skiing. It’s run down, dirty and has graffiti everywhere. Couldn’t wait to get on the road and escape it really!

The room was just perfect and the bed was better than in many 5* hotels. Everything was very clean. The equipment was modern and very appealing. Nice and very friendly staff. I will return, that's sure.

The hotel is in a old part of Grenoble so you get the tram noise but overall its quite good - especially compared to many similar priced alternatives in Grenoble. Staff good. Breakfast a bit minimalistic and short of table space - need a choice of yoghurts and better tea selection. Biggest issue is the price of recommended parking - 26 Euro a night is a complete rip off; and just for this reason I will probably not stay here again unless the hotel organise a sensible discount.

Very friendly staff, free water, coffee and cakes at all time. Next to the train station, in a quiet street. Reception was open 24/24 so I could leave my luggage there and collect it when I needed it.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am very grateful to the staff (owners?) Of this hotel as I arrived in quite a stressful state (a long story to do with the Tour de France in a broken down van). They made me feel most welcome and did everything they could to put me at ease. I stayed one day and was a stress monkey throughout which must’ve been quite annoying to them but they went out of their way to help me (they let me stay and sort out my plans even though the hotel was closing for that weekend) and were genuinely sympathetic to my plight. They are warm and genuinely nice people. I hope to stay when I can relax and enjoy it because it’s a lovely hotel.

I liked the attitude of the staff and of the fellow travelers

Not much room in the room, especially in the bathroom, but everything was clean and looked nice, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty. Free coffee and cake buffet was a bonus, and the free bike even bigger bonus. Perfect for experiencing Grenoble.
