In the district of Lucolena in Chianti 12 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 13 m from the centre of Figline Valdarno, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 40 ha, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: reception, restaurant, breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). The house is in a beautiful area in a beautiful location. The house itself was disappointing because of its poor condition (leaks, mold in the bathrooms). The mattresses are also very old, there is clearly a reclining profile in them which makes it uncomf

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht maar loggia kan opknap beurt gebruiken. Keukengerei is spaarzaam, geen kussens op stoelen buiten of bij zwembad, WiFi alleen op terras bij huisje goed bereik. Bedden niet fantastisch. Gastheer wel erg vriendelijk
