Oceano Dunes is a vehicle access point if you want to load up your car with your beach gear and drive onto the beach for the day. It is also the location of Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation area. ATV’s can be rented to ride the sand dunes. However you choose to spend your time, there is no shortage of things to do: surfing, sunbathing, boogie boarding, family gatherings or evening bonfires abound. Grover Beach has very strict noise ordinance rules. Loud noises are prohibited past 10 pm, and the City strictly enforces it. Please be respectful of all neighbors and abide by the noise ordinance.
