Disappointing stay due to poor service and lack of attention to detail_ i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel gracia from 14th nov-24 to 24 nov-24. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the hotel's poorly trained staff, lack of attention to detail, and inability to fulfill even the simplest requests. _poor service_ the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. Simple requests, such as recharging the tv, were met with delays and excuses. I had to ask multiple times to get the tv recharged, which was finally done after a significant delay. _lack of attention to detail_ the hotel's lack of attention to detail was evident throughout my stay.
