Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.

Perfect in all aspects! I wish the pool hours were longer, hair dryer was a bit old. Amazing staff, cleanliness and food!

Nice hotel next to metro station and fortis hospital..food is good and breakfast have good options

Nice hotel , lots of pigeons by the pool they poo 💩 on you or on your towels, cold pool , breakfast good :) , noisy by the train track.

Great place it’s my second time on the same trip I’m staying here. Great location nearby to all places. And the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Less than expected...but ok

這酒店不是國際品牌，當初選擇也有些擔心，但是入住之後，發現員工非常友善，食物，環境也是五星級標準，非常推薦！

대체적으로 직원들이 호의적이지 않아요. 체크아웃때 요금을 2배 청구하려고 했어요.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. While I enjoyed the vast & scrumptious breakfast buffet each morning, dining in the evening was a long-waiting experience. My food took extra long to come because of some miscommunication in the order. I particularly liked the live basuri performance during breakfast. Nonetheless, overall I had a good experience. The staff cares & ensures your stay is a memorable one.
