ГГостьFacilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point.
Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

Комнаты пространны и удобны, а персонал отличный. Напитки дорогие, если вы не делаете инклюзивных, но они намного лучше, чем обычно вы бы нашли в инклюзивных отелях. Расположение достаточно далеко от вещей, которые спокойны и мирны, но достаточно близко, чтобы ходить в гавань или центр города, если хотите.

ГГостьJust remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

NNixk89Excellent experience at Paradisus. The resort is a 20-25 minute car ride from the airport and is located in a beautiful and peaceful location. Staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food at Paradisus was decent, the Mexican restaurant was our favourite and would definitely recommend eating a few meals there. One thing to note is the daily activities schedule, there are tons of different activities scheduled daily on a weekly basis so make sure to keep an eye out for those. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at Paradisus, and would definitely recommend this resort!

ГГостьThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

JJulianne LafleurWe had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Tesoro. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The location right on the Marina is perfect; it's a beautiful setting with lovely views, and it's very convenient for walking around and enjoying the area. The service at the restaurants was quick and efficient and all staff were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the rooftop area for relaxation as the pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and excellent bar service. We had the breakfast plan and the buffet at the Vista was plentiful with lots of variety; we also had lunch at the Vista a couple of times, and the food was excellent with fair pricing. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Tesoro again.

ГГостьMarina Fiesta is an older (somewhat dated) hotel, but is in good condition. PROS: price if you get a super deal like I did; location near the marina, restaurants and shopping.
CONS: probably not worth the higher prices if you don't get a deal. They take all guests to a ”amenities presentation” which is designed to get you to go to a Timeshare prevention. Location is a VERY touristy area, but has good options for eating. Getting room temperature set to comfortable level takes FOREVER and when I arrived it was SUPER cold--finally got it to comfortable but next day housekeeping turned up temp to a very uncomfortable level and it took hours of poor sleep to get to a comfortable level again.
Not a bad option but I would not stay there again unless got another super deal.

ГГостьInstalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra.
Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas…
Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos.
Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que trasladarse hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido.
Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.
