Hotel Indigo the Hague - Palace Noordeinde

實話説照片濾鏡太重，入住才發現一點也沒有四星酒店的感覺，像是精裝公寓，廁所走起來木台搭建的聲音，也沒有浴缸，就是位置和大樓外部還不錯而已！裏面是改造的 行李進酒店需要一上階梯 沒有人幫忙很不方便！電梯也非常慢！

處於市中心，地理位置優越，出行也較為方便，總的來説非常滿意，特別是前台的服務員態度非常好，下次來還會再住

房間比照片看起來要大，裝修的很漂亮。酒店位置非常非常好，周圍一切你需要的店都能找到。並且酒店自身就有一個小型停車場，不需要付費。

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time at Indigo The Hague. We were there for sightseeing and the location is great. It's easy to walk most places, plus the tram stop is right on the corner. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was very friendly. We were checking out early (before breakfast was served) on our last day and although they didn't have to help, they went above and beyond to coordinate with the kitchen to deliver a special packed breakfast we could take with us before our long flight back to Canada. We really appreciated that. THANK YOU! The only feedback we have for IHG is: If you're going to place 'complimentary minibar: enjoy it on us' stickers on all of your minibars, you should actually stock them. Otherwise, remove the stickers!!!

This Hotel is simply fantastic. Contrary to the “normal” Dutch service this hotel is truly a blessing: Smiling, helping and joyfully employees, nice rooms, excellent location and quality. Certainly there is a nice touch to the building having been a bank earlier - with a visit to the Vault and a drink in the Gold Bar being compulsory. If you find a good deal here - or if it else fits your budget: STOP looking - and go with this hotel in The Hague! 😃

A beautiful hotel in an ideal location. My room was compact, but clean and functional. I had a very pleasant first nights sleep, but I experienced issues at breakfast that unfortunately tainted my experience with the staff. One of the girls working at breakfast was especially unpleasant towards me. I was traveling for business and breakfast should be billed back to my employer, which is stated on the booking confirmation. I went to get some breakfast before going to the office and the girl said my breakfast was not included. I explained to her that there is a note on my booking that breakfast is to billed back to my employer. Instead of letting me sit down, she told me that I was wrong and that I needed proof to be allowed have breakfast. I was stunned by this response - all of my details, as well as my employer’s details were on file, there was absolutely no need for such a fuss. She then said she’d have to check with reception and reluctantly let me sit down. Halfway through my breakfast, she came back up to me and said that reception doesn’t have any proof of me being “allowed” to have breakfast and that I need to prove that I can have breakfast, otherwise I have to pay now. I told her I would go to reception after I finished my breakfast. Once at reception, I showed them the itinerary issued to me by my employer, including the hotel booking confirmation which clearly stated that breakfast is to be billed back to the company. Again, the two ladies at reception insisted it wasn’t on the booking. After a few minutes, it was all of a sudden not a problem anymore. Keep in mind, I was on a schedule, I had to leave the hotel by 8:30 to be in the office on time. Due to the ordeal I was late to work. The whole ordeal was made unnecessarily complicated, and unfortunately, a first impression can only be made once.

An hotel in the city centre, very well located. Personnel very kind and efficient. A very quaint decor and a really good restaurant. I enjoyed my stay. The only situation that I faced that wasn’t ok related with the room temperature. The heating wasn’t working properly. But the hotel personnel helped in sorting that out.

The main problem was a cold bedroom. This is an old building and has no double glazing. There was a very strong December draught through the windows. We asked for a heater and were brought a broken one (which must have been clear when they plugged it in as the light didn't come on.) We were brought a working heater the next day but it wasn't an easy process. The room was surprisingly small for a premium room. Rooms do differ considerably in size, so check before you stay. We only had one chair, but were brought a second one promptly when we asked. Location excellent. Breakfast very good (lovely bread). Free minibar (water, juices and beer). Tissues, squeezey bottles of shampoo/soap, with a bar of soap left on our third day. No shower cap or vanity set. Basic coffee machine and tea making equipment (might be worth bringing your own coffee bags/instant coffee if particular). Good towels and flannels.
