Newly renovated Lake front cottage located on Deep Water South of Lake Lanier. Quick boat ride to Lake Lanier Islands or to catch a beautiful sunset. Very close gentle walk to lake (100ft) with a Gazebo. Two docks - great restaurants and many fun activities. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and kitchen
Our property is located right on Lake Lanier with a Fantastic view of the Lake.
