The perfect getaway for 4/nights (min), vacation or winter getaway!. All guests must be at least the age of 30, unless accompanied by parent of legal guardian. We ask that you respect our Luxury unit, 5 Star amenities, building, common areas and neighborhood. Kindly keep noise to a minimum whether indoors or in the common areas. Quite hours are strictly enforced from 11:00p - 8:00a. ABSOLUTELY NO: smoking, parties, filming at our properties and with it carries a $1000 strict fine. The building concierge CANNOT be used for this unit and if they are approached we enforce a fine of $1000. You will be provided a direct contact name, number and email that will be your ONLY contact for the duration of your stay. You will meet your contact concierge at check-in and further instructions will be provided. Standard Check-in/out time: Check-in time is between 2:30p - 9:00p. Check-out time is by 11:30a. Unless, previous arrangements have been made with your privately appointed concierge. She will be in contact with you to coordinate your check-in.
