This apartment is beautiful with a deck overlooking a grassy back yard, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights. There is off-street parking.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.There is a steep staircase within the apartment..About customRules:- There is another apartment downstairs so we ask for quiet after 9:00PM..- No late checkouts due to our using an outside housekeeping agency.,- Guests leaving after 10:15am will be charged an additional housekeeping fee..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 10.

Homey in Hallowell
We loved our stay in Hallowell! Convenient location, away from the main drag. Easy to go visit family and friends in other towns. Spacious enough to have our friends come over after dinner out to continue fellowship.

Such a great little space and town. Loved that it was walking distance to a little main street with shops and restaurants. Beautiful place. Great accomodations.

It was a perfect spot. We appreciated the small things, coffee, creamer, milk. Ate dinner locally. Enjoyed the Slates bakery. Top quality accommodation!

Beautiful space with great a/c on a hot summer day. Perfect location to walk to Water Street but just far enough to avoid the noise. Sweet deck overlooking beautiful garden.

Great Stay!
We rented this lovely apartment for two weeks and it worked perfectly for us. You're just one block from stores to browse, yummy restaurants and a good (too good!) bakery. Strong wifi made it easy to work remotely. We happily made great use of the nearby bike/walking trail. Thank you, Pam!

Wonderful and a great little touch!
Exactly as described - beautiful apartment, in excellent location is pretty Hallowell, one black off the main commercial street.To top it all off, there was a pint of whole milk in the fridge - I used that for my coffee - great!!! (I don't like artificial coffee whitener') so this was an unexpected treat. There was also a bottle of wine in the fridge (I did not use or take) - I don't know if that was left by a previous visitor or by the owner.
