Muy mal proceso de registro. Fuera de eso muy buena opción. En el aeropuerto, muy limpio y funcional. Muy cómodo.

Super praktisch und total stressfrei vor dem Wegfliegen oder nach dem Ankunft, schönes Hotel, gute geräumige Zimmer, guter Restaurant, umfangreicher Frühstück. Aber das Parken vor der Tür ist teuer, dazu lieber bei Q-Park das Auto günstig abstellen...und einen raschen Spaziergang vom oder zum Flughafen machen!

Wir hatten eine Vorübernachtung ohne Frühstück gebucht. Sehr gut geschlafen und dann doch zur frühen Stunde einen Kaffee und Croissant‘s bekommen. War eine angenehme Überraschung.

We got up at 2:00am to catch an early morning flight to Hamburg and wanted to check in early right after we got to the hotel. Our room was ready and we could have the room at 11:00am. The proximity to and from the airport was very close, which was very convenient for us because we had to get up early the next morning at 3:00am to catch our flight back home. The hotel was situated just a few minutes walk to the airport terminals and also to S Bahn. We took the subway to the city center and could find many choices of dining. We did the self check in so we didn’t really encounter face to face with hotel staffs, but the room was clean and we were happy with the amenities. We didn’t try their breakfast because we had to fly out very early in the morning. When we came back from the city center, we saw many guests in the dining area so the restaurant must be popular. Couldn’t think of any complaints with Radisson Blu and we will stay there again if we have the opportunity to come to Hamburg!

房間有點灰塵，離機場非常近，就在對面，走路2分鐘而且門口就有地鐵站，前台小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情，手推車也可以推到酒店門口，贊！

The room comes with 1 queen size sofa bed and a toilet once you open the room door. Then there is a sliding door. Once you open the sliding door you will see a king size bed and a shower room with bath tub and toilet. There are 2 TVs, 4 pairs of room slippers. Room size is comfortable for 4 adults. At lobby the hotel provide welcome drinks and cookies. Also packet juice and morning coffee. The hotel is opposite the terminal 1 main entrance. Has to walk cross the road and it was snowing when we were there, very cold.
