Мне очень нравится этот отель, и все очень мило. Очень хорошее обслуживание и хорошее расположение.

Как говорится, «Вы получаете то, за что заплатили», но это был очень разочаровывающий опыт. Номер, хотя он и должен был быть их лучшим номером, был маленьким и старым. И они говорят, что это номер с балконом, но балкон — это просто окно, и на нем нет места для человека. Немного разочаровывает. Но я был в хорошем месте, поэтому я как бы пошел туда.

Just the right hotel for a night before you fly back home. Breakfast has many choices and they accept to open early since our flight was scheduled to fly early. Very helpful and accommodating staff

很不錯的酒店，再三十六街，周邊走走逛逛都很方便。周邊小吃很多酒店還算乾淨，有小露台，多抽煙的朋友很友好

Выбирали из многих отелей, не ошиблись. Номера не самые новые, но большие. Удобная кровать и подушки. И цена невысокая. А вот персонал просто потрясающий. Говорят на английском. Это был наш первый день во Вьетнами, и нас встретили гостеприимно и с душой. Повысили категорию номеров. Из-за погоды мы решили поменять план, и нам перенесли забронированную ночь на другую дату. Отдельно спасибо девушке Ха. Рекомендуем остановиться в отеле.

Quaint little hotel on the edge of the old quarter. Excellent value and friendly staff. Breakfast was OK. Difficult to give less than 5 stars given the price but don’t expect a 5 ⭐️ hotel. Ignore silly people who complain about £25 a night accommodation.

Great location within easy walking distance to Old Quarter. Very clean neat and spacious room but their greatest asset was their staff. Very friendly, gracious and professional team who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Otherthan coffee cups no glasses or utensils in the room but that was immediately rectified by the staff sourcing them for us from the kitchen.

Clean, big (bed was very comfortable), with good aircon… balcony small. They were all great, but Ha in particular was a very helpful young lady and very polite, great staff. Not bad at all! Would stay here again. Good place to camp for my initial stop in Vietnam.

The hotel is quite nice. Our room was on the small side but totally adequate, and we had a small balcony. The room was just a bit worn here and there, but overall the hotel was really good value. It is in a nice area of the city, close to the old town and West Lake. And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us.

The stay was so confortable, the warm and kind service from the staff was the best part, Sue, Ha, Link ❤️, Bin ⭐️ and Sy. They were the best part of my stay, always making me feel home with a smile eveytime i came back from my trips around Vietnam. I decided to return because of the amazing service and accomodation. They are great staff and knows what service is. I love the location of the hotel, for me was the best street, safe, centric and clean. The rooms were so clean and you feel home.

I was only scheduled to stay for a few days but stayed there for almost two weeks. It was clean and quiet. They took such good care of me. I did not miss their-made-to-order breakfast because it was truly great value and the best part of of my stay (Try the omelette or the soup). The staff was flexible and totally present whenever I had a need going beyond the call of duty! I would definitely book this spot again. It was super easy to walk to nearby West Lake, restaurants and my favorite… Hanoi Bookworm Bookstore!
