Плюсы 1. Номер чистый и опрятный. 2. Персонал дружелюбный. 3. Завтрак простой, но хороший. 4. Кондиционер мощный и достаточно холодный. 5. В номере есть стиральная машина и простые кухонные принадлежности. Подходит для семейного или группового отдыха. 6. Расположен рядом с Западным озером и подходит для тех, кто любит тишину. Минусы 1. Немного далеко от центра города.

Прекрасный номер. Персонал просто потрясающий. Удобное расположение по отношению к разным местам.

Căn phòng khá yên tĩnh, và bạn có thể tương ứng với người Trung Quốc và chị gái có bất kỳ câu hỏi nào, nó rất kịp thời, nó đáng sống.

這家比較算是自助式的， 房價合理， 床也舒服， 適合家庭居住。 門口還有警衛把守， 衛生也很好， 房間內整潔。

새로운 비지니스 호텔입니다. 직원들 정말 친철합니다. 특히 여자 맨저분 최고 입니다. 그리고 아짐식사도 퓨전식 일본 스타일인데 괜찮아요. 그러나 호텔에 전망은 전혀없고 욕조도 없습니다. 비데는 있어서 잘 사용했다.

Truly five star service provided by the hotel and staff! They were all friendly, attentive and provided one-of-a-kind experience. I booked a tour with the hotel at 4pm for the next day and everything was handled in an hour - payment, liaison with the tour, details. They provided take away boxes for breakfast when we had to leave at 7am for the tour. The reception knew that we were setting off early and were already aware of our meeting location and helped booked a taxi. The breakfast was also amazing with Japanese dishes, bread and made to order eggs, introduced by attentive staff.

Amazing everything..this was the best experience in Vietnam. Really stuff is amazing specialy i wanna say thanks to Nhung..she was amazing...she helped me so many times really she was helping me with everything. Food is amazing also in room you have washing and drying machine for clothes witch is absolutly super service that u can wash your clothes and rooms are clean and beautiful. Also they have big pool ,sauna and gym. Everything that u need. Also the lobby of hotel is amazing really recommend this hotel. For us it was the best in Vietnam

The Five Star Westlake Hotel was a very welcome respite from the exciting but very busy city of Hanoi. The rooms were really clean and very well equiped, the swimming pool was fantastic-long enough to have a proper swim in- and the staff attention was exceptional. They were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Thank you to everyone there.

Five star Westlake was the first place we stayed on our trip to Vietnam. It was about a 30min taxi ride from the airport which we had pre booked (cost approx £9.50/ 250D).Taxi driver got a bit lost having seemingly never dropped off there before. We booked it based on location - not being in Old Quarter and therefore a place to rejuvenate after our journey - and value for money (cost approx £52 per night/1.4D). We had a nice welcome from staff on front desk, who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a deluxe double on 3rd floor. It was actually an apartment which made it quite compact - not much space to unpack - but it had more than we actually needed for a two night stay. Kitchen area that included a washing machine, large freezer which were useful. Sitting area with smart tv. Good bathroom with decent shower. Double bed was a little firm for our liking but it was quiet at night and we slept well. We had a small issue with lighting in that we couldn’t switch the lights under the kitchen units off, so they stayed on throughout night. There was also a small balcony with not much of a view. Wi-Fi worked well. A buffet style Breakfast was served in an apartment on second floor. Breakfast is possibly unnecessary if they are offering self contained apartments, but we are certainly not complaining because we really enjoyed breakfast. Simple yet nutritious and plentiful - rice, soup, noodles, egg, meats, and fresh fruit was delicious. It was a five minute walk to Westlake -ask reception staff to let you out through back gate - along alleys crossing two roads with busy traffic. There were plenty of coffee shops here. We followed the lake round to the Trans Quoc Pagoda which is worth visiting. Approx 30 minute walk. There are busy streets around the hotel, with shops and businesses but we didn’t find many that enticed us in. Great stay, would certainly recommend. We left wishing we had booked longer.

A family with teenager stay in a 2 bedroom apartment.  Everything was great especially the front desk staffs who manage to do speedy recovery for mistakes and flaws. Pro - 1-breakfast is great with japanese style ,especially on a winter a bowl of miso soup do warm u up. All furniture seems to be newly built . 2- going to west lake , there is a short cut which is about 2 min walk from the hotel ( please check with the staff for the short cut) 3- using whatapp to communicate is more personalised and speedy 4-washing machine with dryer , is really a good things that allow us to wash our clothes. 5- japanese style toilet bowl with warmer sure stand out on a cold winter. Cons- 1-nothing nearby, only one minimart is about 3 min walk from the hotel. 2-house keeping sure need to improve ,took my bathrobe and forget to return, coffee not replenish for 2 days . Floor is very dirty as not properly mop. loud windy noise....only manage to find out on the last night that it was the house keeper forgot to lock the windows .... 3-we change a room as the first room we got have a smelly aircon ( as mention earlier the staff is fast on recovery and change to a new room for us . 4-only one toilet for a 2 bedroom apartment , so it long queuing for us to get to shower,  toilet is a standing shower bath tub combine, which is not friendly for elderly .

They selling rooms rent via booking sites but when you come in hotel they will tell you they have no any rooms and they don't want to refund you money, one of the most bad service in Hanoi. No recommended
