Not bad. Typical, run of the mill hotel. Don’t confuse with the other Red Roof Inn, as I did. This hotel doesn’t offer shuttle service to BEI. Recommend that travelers book the other Ted Roof Inn near BWI. That one does offer shuttle service.

Got to hotel and someone was knocking on the door to get in and would not leave. had to call the cops to get escorted out of the room and was unable to stay and have not gotten a refund yet.

Great service, my family and I had a cancelled flight and we were looking to see where we could stay because it was very early in the morning. My mom called and they said that we could do an early check in. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel. The shuttle driver, Roxanne very nice too. The room was clean and they had super hot water I totally recommend this place!

Nice location you can’t beat the price clean rooms very comfortable and cozy nice Friendly staff, you can get clean sheets every day towels, your name, handicap accessible as well pet friendly if I can change anything about the run, it definitely will be the mattress

Been here for over two years now in the same room have no problems it's a couple rooms on my side that been here for years to any issues usly Chase the manager will fix it ASAP the only really problem is the price keep going up instead of just keeping the same price other then that everyone is friendly and the owner on the top floor of the second building is nice.

After my flight was canceled in Baltimore, I rented a room. I called and requested a shuttle to the hotel. I verified 3 times where I should be standing to catch the shuttle. After waiting for 1/2 an hour, I watched the shuttle drive through quickly, never stopping. I ran after the shuttle shouting and waving my hands, to no avail. Mind you, it was after midnight, in a city I don’t know, and I was alone. I hailed a cab to take me to the hotel, and a mile ride cost me $20 - thanks shuttle driver! I went inside to check in, and informed the night clerk of the shuttle, and he ignored me. Thanks night clerk! I got to my room, and it was filthy. I travel with antibacterial wipes, so I made do with a wipe down of my room. I also washed my hands, and realized the room had no soap or hand towels in it. Should I call the desk? He didn’t care the shuttle left me, there’s no way he’ll care about soap or towels. I tried to take a shower, and the water was yellow. Luckily, I had my water bottle from the plane, so I had something to drink for my stay. I thought I’d try taking a short nap, before returning to the airport for my early flight. Both beds leaned backwards, so I felt like I was falling all night. The sheets were clean and soft, which was the one redeeming thing of the room. After napping for a whopping 20 minutes, I gave up. I checked out early morning. The shuttle driver back to the airport was different from the one on the previous night. She was fantastic - she was nice, and thorough. I spent nearly $100 for a horrendous experience, not including the taxi ride. I didn’t expect a fancy hotel experience, but just promised basic amenities were awful. Skip this location. The morning shuttle driver was the only good part of my experience.

Hotel was clean, and accommodating, the shuttle service was quick and pleasant Darnell was our driver and he did a great job picking us up and taking us right to our vehicles, I would def recommend this hotel for park and fly the prices were reasonable l!

Traveling and needed some sleep to finish the ride. All they had left was the "upgraded" room. How disgusting. I can't imagine the down graded. There is kleenex stuffed in the wall to fill a hole I assume. Donuts in the fridge from God knows when. The bathroom is like a closet. This room is old, run down and dirty. I didn't expect 5 stars, but I expected more for UPGRADED.

This is very much a budget motel. It's not the prettiest property in the world, but it's just fine for the price. The room was simple and clean. Shuttle service was great, and they're happy to pick you up or drop you off at BWI, the BWI Amtrak/MARC station, the BWI Business District light rail station, or the rental car center. If you need a decent, cheap place to stay near the airport, this is your spot.

The manager cancelled my reservation last minute without any warning or explanation, when I tried to check in around 2am, when only a few hours prior I had called them to let them know about my arrival time and they said that would be fine.

Heads up, folks! This place was a bummer. When we walked in the room, it was clear they hadn't bothered cleaning. The sheets looked like they hadn't seen the inside of a washing machine in a while, and the floor was so grimy it had its own pet cockroach. They said the room was smoke-free, but it smelled like someone had just put out a pack of cigarettes. There was this office chair that had some funky stains on it and the tub? Yuck! It was full of weird soap spots. Definitely not the kind of place you'd want to soak and relax. Then there was the staff, or should I say, the dude who checked us in. He was wearing a tank top and basketball shorts. Since when did that become a hotel uniform? We rolled in late and couldn't switch places that night, but you bet we were out of there the next morning. Tried to get a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but the manager was all, "We don't do refunds." Not sure how they're racking up good reviews, the place gave off some sketchy vibes. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before you book.

I keep giving Red Roof Inn a chance ,and they keep dissapointing. After a stay at a Red Roof Inn in Santee, SC we decided to stay at a Red Roof Inn Plus. Not sure what the "Plus" indicates, it offered no breakfast ( like the one in Santee), had cracks in the ceiling in bathroom & bedroom, didn't even have a hair dryer and the 1 ice machine for the whole place wasn't producing ice. Time to move on from Red Roof and spend a bit more, and get a place for the night that isn't so shoddy.
