I recently stayed at Sterling Mantra Haridwar with a group of 10 people, booking 5 rooms. The customer care team was responsive and efficient in processing our booking. However, our experience was marred by several issues. As a tall person (6'2"), I had specifically requested a bed with a minimum size of 6.5 feet. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on this promise, and I had to make do with a queen-sized bed, resulting in a poor night's sleep. Other issues we faced included: - Unreliable WiFi connectivity - Average service quality - Unclean room floors, glasses, and mirrors - Lack of essential amenities like toilet paper and tea/coffee - Mediocre food quality, with poor South Indian cuisine options I attempted to address these concerns with the manager and General Manager, Girish Tripathi. Unfortunately, Mr. Tripathi was unhelpful and unresponsive, disappearing after our conversation. While Sterling Mantra Haridwar has a decent property, its service levels are subpar. Until they improve their services, I can only give them an average rating.
