Sitting on approximately 0.4 Acre, this house has it all. From a sparkling pool and lots of privacy, you will absolutely love it! This house is a 15 minute drive to the Woodlands, 20 minutes to the Airport, and 35 minutes to downtown Houston. It is close to major highways and close to corporate, entertainment, shopping. Please note that the pool heater is currently not operable, but the pool stays warm from the sun. TY!About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.Supervised children in the pool area at ALL TIMES..About customRules:2-day notice required for pool/jacuzzi heater use (fully auto.).
